My first boyfriend always asked(before we had our first kiss) because he could tell I was uncomfortable. I found it really sweet and considerate. I didn't want to have my first kiss around other people and in general, was just nervous him asking gave me the power I guess and it comforted me a lot. I think when it is a first kiss or someone you don't know as well or at all you should ask.

Same I agree. Whenever a guy calls me sexy I know instantaneously he wants to sleep with me and 10 times out of 10 I’m right. He tried to hide the fact that he was married and just recently had a baby. Red flags went off. He wife was dating someone and he wanted to date to and get back at her in a way. I saw a car seat in the back and I never saw him again.
He lied about having a 10 month old. How you just had a baby and you looking to have sex with another woman. Found out he had several baby mothers and he found out his daughter wasn’t his. Most men try to mask things with sex so they can feel desired and cover up the pain but that’s the very same reason why he was in that mess in the first place.
People think just because they find me attractive or beautiful or sexy that I think the same and it’s the opposite. I used to have the lowest self esteem because of things men and my father said about me. He would tell me if you think you all that god is going to take your looks from you. He hated himself and didn’t have hair, eyebrows or teeth 😐😂😂😂 so he hated anyone with confidence. He abused my mother and she passed because of it. He didn’t and me er made her feel sexy, he shaved off her hair and eyebrows and she stayed having blood shot black eyes. He treated her so horrible.
Beating all over her body with with belts ropes cable wires. He hates women. He feels that a woman shouldn’t be beautiful. When he saw me modeling on tv he had something to say about that and I was a grown ass woman. He tries still to this day to paint this picture of me as if I’m some loose woman just like he did my mother but he’s the insecure one and sleeping with several woman and he’s never made anything of his life, 73 still being a player.
I’ve had men tell me and even some women that I should be glad I’m being called sexy or they say people call you that all the time just take because one day you’ll be old. And they’ll stop looking. I don’t care if they look now. I’m not no Ayesha curry or Meaghan good,. I’m confide in who I am and I don’t look for a man to define me or societal beauty pressure. I know who I am in Gods eyes! Sexy is internal. Doesn’t have to mean sexy to get laid. I don’t need penis that bad 😐😁 that I care what a man thinks or his fleshly desires.
I used to feel highly offensive when being called sexy while living in NYC. Not sure if Adrienne has ever experienced this, but men there are extremely vulgar and say whatever is on their minds. Being called sexy there lacks the serenity that being called sexy in Ohio brings. Now living in Ohio, I find that men wait to see that you are in fact interested in them before calling you sexy, which shows respect and courtesy. It feels a lot better to be called sexy from a partner or an attractive friend than from a random stranger
Amen! I’m from New York and I can attest to this.. I’m in Texas and the men are different here. The southern hospitality but some I fought them taking a peep 👀 👀😁😁😁 men in New York and New Jersey and even California can be very sexual and vulgar and they’d rather test drive you than court you… black guys do this to me all the time… hate to bring race into this.

I get what Tamera is saying because check her demeanor and how she’s not all out there. Im a cancer and I get it. At times I have felt sexy when I was with someone I cared about and they brought that out of me but I don’t wake up and do selfies, like most women and the whole makeup thing and clothes. I would rather a man ask me. A guy kissed me on the cheek once without my permission, and I got really upset about it because technically, that was my first kiss, and I wanted it to be a special thing. I didn’t talk to him for 6 months after that. I would rather be asked because then I would know what’s about to happen and be able to (somewhat) wrap me head around it.
