How does the audio sync up with the videos on a separate camera?
+Angela Bright Your camera records the regular audio and then you have a Sd card in the separate audio recorder. In editing put the footage in and the Sd card for the audio you recorded. You make a loud noise when filming like a clap or I usually count down and shout GO, so I can see the audio spike in editing and match it up by looking at it.

Be calm with Becca So its like a voiceover with the recorder? So the recording from the camera gets replaced with the audio from the mic/recorder? sorry im a little slow and i have been doing alot of research on how to start my own asmr channel and this is only thing that has has me a bit confused.

I just use my phone, a mic and a tripod. I use a thumbnail maker and to apply it to the video I use the app for your phone youtube studio. :)

How do you record your high quality audio and record video in real time? Can you hear the recorded audio? What are you plugging it into? Or are you editing the sound in?

What laptop are you using?
Does the microfone have a sound recorder audio? That you will put with the video?
Depends what Mic you buy. Some can be plugged directly into your computer with the USB attached, but the one shown in this video doesnt work without an audio recorder to capture the sound. You will know if the mic you has needs an audio recorder or not depending on whether you see a USB cable provided.

I have that H4N recorder but it came with no cables??
What cables do I need to plug it in my camcorder so I can video and integrate my audio recordings with it simultaneously ???????????????????
WweMariaa it doesn't come with cables no. To get the audio you put an sd card in. Make a loud noise when recording and match it up in editing.

I'm about to start ASMR on my tunnel but I'm worried when looking back to my videos that I might feel awkward and embarrassed in my voice how do I overcome this?
I have a lot of videos like that especially on my first channel which was my Hindi channel. But because I know it’s making me money I keep it up and don’t mind too much. It’s kind of gratifying seeing a timeline of your progression from where you’ve started to where your channel is at now.
How thoroughly u explained everything, I m sure it is gonna increase ur competitors in ASMR channels lol😂. Becz Many people ll try to create their own ASMR channel but that's ok.. BTWay can u recommend any video editing software,(not so professional)just to change background voice in video.
Just try Audacity. It is a free to use audio editing software. :)

Coffee Shop Productions If you have a Mac, I recommend starting with iMovie. It's "noob-friendly" :D
This was helpful, but toward the end static overwhelms the audio.
