Little tip, it's possible to place the black 'infraction' hood on the rally mjx. Make sure to order it with the lights installed and you need a new front clip-holder, otherwise it sits too high on the front. Although it's possible to use some wood, velcro and metal wires to avoid a new front clip-holder.

Thanks. That's a useful to those who like both styles, but have a tight budget

I had the same issue with my 14302 steering, but it was just caked up dirt. The stock 2kg servo isn't strong enough and the arm is pointing down which causes issues. So, I upgraded mine to a 17kg servo and it seems much stronger, but the servo saver could cause it to hang up. Need to get out and test it and see if it needs a solid arm or not though. Nice video and shots!

Hey wow, thanks for the feedback. Going from 2kg to 17kg is a huge increase in toughness. Probably now all stones turn into dust when you turn 😎. No chance for them to block that servo. Have fun and be safe out there.

Of all MJX models that I have reviewed so far I would always choose the 14209. That's the one I kept. I know the 14210 gets a lot of hype, but I like my 14209 even more ☺️. Have fun with yours

Hi Carlito, am a bit confused as am new to the hobby, I have a 16208, but also a 14209 on order, do they both use same tyre size, in your opinion what tyres should I get for these both? Can you share a link? Also I have a 14301 infraction style too, does RCAWD do tyres for that?

Hi and welcome to a great hobby. The tires are all the same size. The tires on the 14209 in the video are actually monster truck tires, but they work perfect with the chassis and look got to. The same set on a 16208 would be more to scale if you want that monster truck look. The buggy tires are a great fit for the 16207. Anyway here is my suggestion: for 14209: rcawd.com/en-de/products/rcawd-1-16-pre-glued-rc-monster-truck-wheel-tires-lg-007bl-lg-008bl?ref=8quxoe19
      For 16208: rcawd.com/en-de/products/1-16-1-18-12mm-hex-pre-glued-nylon-wheel-rubber-tires-v-shaped-tread-gl-0053bl-gl-006bl?ref=8quxoe19
As soon as I find some for the 14301, I will post it here. All great RCs. Wishing you great fun with them. I hope I was helpful.

Guess there is no performance difference between the 5 and 10 spoke versions?
