Sam is 100% true when it comes too manufactures spending millions/billions of pounds on R&D. However its not always in the field of performance and individuality. They have to design to the car to meet all environmental (emission) laws, and then design it to work in any climate/altitude and octane/quality of fuel. Then they have to factor in that not all owners will properly maintain/service their cars. Most importantly they have to factor in price. A C63 and C63s have the exact same engine from factory, with a difference of tune from factory (i.e remap), which Mercedes make you pay alot for! All these factors leave some (not all) production cars leaving the factory not up to full potential or suiting the individual drivers needs.
Parker would probably make more money as a taxi driver, imagine the amount of trips he could do in a day 😂
Blue Army it d be an expensive taxi to make any money for the amount of fuel he d use. But I d pay extra for a lambo taxi 😂😂

ok so I agree with Sam in regards WHY WHY!! as you cannot realistically use the power even with the stock on normal roads, however, if you are going to use it as a drift car and so use it more on track time, then tuning makes more sense!!!

Yeah that's the funny thing, him breaking JWW's camera was the best thing ever because it forced him to go back to using a proper camera and the quality is way up now. LOL

If you get a top modifier they will upgrade everything in your car they can make it better in everyway over what the factory gives you. Factory cars have to appeal to a larger segment of car buys normally they can't make it to crazy or personalized

and that truth. i looked into tuning my car and dug deep enough to realize the power gained wasn't something i'd ever use daily, or to be fair notice readily in any place other than fuel economy. i'd pay a considerable amount of money so i could spend even more money running the car. for the sake of maybe bragging rights that it was tuned and sounded better. i side with Sam on this one. it's pretty pointless overall but still if i had the money it's hard to say what i might end up doing.

That C63 AMG despite being tuned, lost to Vehicle Virgins' STOCK E65 AMG S cause it can't put the power down due to being rear wheel drive whereas the E65 AMG S is All-Wheel Drive
Tuning is life! Cars are made to work as safely as possible. Plus! Emissions! Emissions is one of the biggest issues. The key is to use the power not abuse the power. Now a 500hp car, hmm it's already really fast. Still tuning personalizes the car.
So, the upgrade will be a part of a new tune anyway. So..
Hey there are 2.0 motors that reliably make 400hp. So a well built 4.0 should be able to handle it right? I know that logic is flawed.
You don't lose that much fuel economy in normal cruising. However driving hard 0_0
