I just bought this havent used will be using 2day! I found ur video trying to figure out the sealing method as it dont show on their website very well and the instructions dont explain that well either! Ur video had the best shot on if i had to lock in the bag! I didn't get that instruction!
Happy to help. Don’t forget to get to comment on the 2023 giveaway video for your chance to win free stuff. If you live in the lower 48. Great knifes, cookbooks and pans - free chance to win.
Anova sells a great one and it is affordable. I have two different units, one Anova and Sous Vide supreme both machine are great units. The Anova is more affordable and does a great job and has an app that is nice also.
I bought a Vac Master chamber vacuum sealer many years ago, it was very expensive about double of this unit. I love my Vac Sealer and has been a great investment, i am very happy they have cheaper more affordable Chamber Vacuum sealers now. They vac and seal so much better then those cheap sealers that struggle with anything wet. I vac sealed a Tshirt 8 years ago and its still hard as a brick. I know i keep comparing a different Vac Sealer but the Chamber style is so much better and worth the extra money. I have 2 sous vide units since i cook that style so much. Love your video, those steaks look amazing. Only thing different id do is use clarified butter so it wouldn't foam as much and get a higher temp sear. Only my opinion still love your video
@eric Thank you for the comment. We own two sous vide machines, also. For price and the size, this chamber vacuum is perfect for the home cook. I like the foaming action with my butter, and I am using a high temp oil in the pan already. What do you top the steak with?
The water or steam part was not working for me. Plus it was a problem to clean and it was so big that using it a toaster was like warming up my normal oven. In my townhouse space is important. Every inch must count for something.
So far, so good. I just had to trash my smaller food safer unit , but this one is still good. I hope it last 3 times as longer as the Costco one based on the cost.
It will change the mouth feel of your product. I don't like how it bits after it is frozen with salt. I have tried it. Hey, maybe you will like it? Mainly, I freeze things nude of any add-ons, plus I may forget and add more later.
hello? I'm Korean so I can't speak English well, but please understand. Can I use a product called "Syntus 8" x 150' Food Vacuum Seal Roll Keeper" when using ANOVA CHAMBER VACUUM SEALER?

Been looking for a good one to Sou Vide. I will definitely check this out.

The anova oven is spectacular for bread, how did it fail your expectations, its amazing when it's been understood

I’d use Kerry Gold butter on the those beautiful cuts. It’s a whole different level of flavor.
I like Kerry gold butter, which I pick up from Costco sometimes. Thanks for the comment.
How is this vacuum sealer holding up?

@@BFAMCooking Thanks for the quick reply! I have an eternal sealer now, but am looking at a chamber one as I am cutting up some of my own cuts now.
Why don’t you want to pre salt if freezing? I’m new to vacuum sealing and Sous vide

Thank you for the comment. I have no info on the product that you mention.
Maybe. The rolls need to be sealed on two ends. You need something like an impulse sealer. ruclips.net/video/TQ4k1y9Rqnc/видео.html
I wonder if you recognize your confusion with how the machine works...
What are you asking?
