Yes it would have been better with the original song at the end but regardless a fantastic job on the editing and covering the whole segment!! Bravo and thank you !!!
I couldn't stand Bay at first. Eventually, I learned to respect Richard, but it took me longer to like him. And then he was assassinated just when I started to enjoy what the character (and the actor who played him) brought to the show. His death hurt and was so shocking I still think about it years later.
Richard was an asshole but a loveable one, if such a thing can exist. When he stood up for Bobby during his murder trial, that's when I knew he was one of the good guys. RIP Richard.
Good point. The damage looks appropriate for a minigun, but that's clearly not what it is. Though I have to say, leaving the car demolished makes a bigger impact.
Because mag dumping an automatic makes it difficult to control. Even trying to adjust for the recoil will put rounds elsewhere. Also take into account that whoever did the hit was no more than a thug trying to make a quick buck for dirty work, not really the height of professionalism.
@redclayscholar620 Well to that I'd say bollocks. It was an M-16, not an M-14. And during the episode it is mentioned by someone that a "...professional hit-man..." had been hired. Afterall, he brought his Mamma as a diversion. That shows a sense of style.
@@downunderrob Of course it wasn't an M14. Footage of cartel killings in Mexico show that even "pros" with similar rifles will mag dump all over the place even on unarmed targets. Nerve, training, carelessness, poor balance would all be factors in having a wide spread like that.
Damn this episode hit so hard. OMG, I’m sobbing!!!
For some reason thia arc came to my mind last night and I said, "I wonder if I can find it". Thanks so much for creating the video and uploading it.
Unforgettable episodes... Jackie Cahill was one of the most frightening people in a show that had quite a few of them.

His death was such a shock.. he was just starting to grow on me

They did Richard dirty
Get me a meeting with Richard Bay...chilling words
R.I.P
I felt so bad for Richard he was a good guy even if he was a dick at times he didn't deserve what happened to him I cried so much watching that
The song has been modified at the end. That’s not the correct ending song. The episode ends with a gospel.
Yes, I got the song idea from Will McAvoy's wedding in The Newsroom.
Can you post it with the original song? It was better that way.

And for the record, whoever set all the squibs over the trunk, was an idiot.
The target was in the driver's seat. Why would anyone aim for the trunk?

IMO the hit was designed to send a message to those that would follow him.

What, no blood or brains?
Actually there was a little more that I could have included. My point in making this was really the Ave Maria music rather than the shooting.
