Most of Neil's material makes me smile from ear to ear but this one always produces a grin.
This is very funny and so well choreographed...I used to live in Tunbridge Wells and visit sometimes....this film is hilarious!
More exciting than a book by Norman Mailer; I can see that.
I love it that this scene was filmed in the winter on a cold day... but if you knew the 1970s in the UK... this scene sums it up...
yep yep yepT. WELLS RULES move out the way sevenoaksT.WELLS ROCKS !!!!
I imagine, that as a Yank, there's a lot I'm missing here. I still love it.
That's Brighton! Cheek of those Ruttles.
One of the most exciting towns in Kent!

CaptainllamaI concur with you and 'disgustedtunwells'. Looks like somewhere amongst 'The Lanes' between Ship St. & the Old Steine.

Ironically, Tunbridge Wells is the oldest new town in England. (Founded in 1606). And the Pantiles was the first shopping precinct in England.
I think the nearest they got was that 5 mile sign, but nice bit if publicity!!!
That's Brighton not Tunbridge Wells

Gotta love the broom tango.
"....and smell all the Tunbridge Wells smells"
But the video location is NOT Tunbridge Wells! It looks like some ghastly new town.
