IT WOULD BE EASY TO PROVE IT’S NOT STOLEN. If it was stolen then it should’ve have been reported when it was stolen otherwise it may seem like a false claim. BUT ALSO if something has been thrown away or lost by someone, and then somebody either finds it or goes through trash to receive it then it also not stolen. Example: a private investigator going through somebody’s trash to find documents or receipts. Since you have decided to throw it away already you can’t go back and say it’s theft. Same with lost items.

All jokes aside: Akademiks never said those items don't belong to Drake. He said Mr Dennis was bringing these to his sons and apparently got stolen somewhere.
