@@kirangowda9337 Hi,the brick itself has it's owm colour which is natural,you can just do clay water wash to get clean looks to hide any stains or dirt,which will not effect the performance of bricks and provide you good looks

what is the ventilation for if breathing is all that bothers you?, you do not breath through the bricks but ventilators.
