I seen people running this at 90 fps on the OLED is that actually possible or did dude use mods btw GTA4 is better then 5 even physics

I don’t own the OLED model but I’m almost certain you can run it at 90 fps since it’s an older game.
But I’m sure in order to run it at a Locked 90fps you will need to lower some of the graphic settings.

Gets 90fps bro with plug ins you can get it to about 100fps

Yes, GTA IV is playable.
I’ve yet to have any issues running the game.
