    Nice video. Maybe if your chest wasn't hurt you could have done 10. What have you been taking over the past 6 years in terms of supplements that did work?

      Sorry just seeing this now😅
      The only supplements I’ve taken other than a protein powder and pre workout (which i found both to be effective) is creatine.
      However i stopped taking creatine about two years ago because i didn’t notice a significant difference in my strength and i didn’t like the bloated/puffy look it gave me. Some people respond better than others on creatine though.
      Additionally I’ve taken other supplements like multivitamins and BCAAs but stopped taking them because i have a well balanced diet as is and found i was just wasting money on products i didn’t need.

    Dude. Your legs increased a lot after 60 days. Your upper body may not have seen much from the ecdy but your legs improved quite a bit. Even with minimal training your legs.

      True! Although it’s hard to say how much of an impact my muscle memory had when i started training legs again along with the ecdy but who knows. Thanks for watching the video tho!🙏🏼💪🏼

    Your chest, delts, biceps and triceps look a bit bigger, actually. Just going off your video, it looks you primarily bench press for strength? That could be the reason why you got those results. All the muscles involved in benching have more size and definition but everything else looks about the same. I think if you stacked Ecdysterone with Sapogenix and did a bodybuilding (not weightlifting) split for 3 months, you would get markedly different and noticeable results. Sapogenix has Diascorea Makino, a steroid precursor in it. So it'll most likely yield better results. I just ordered some and I'm going to see for myself

      Thanks for watching the video! Yes i actually follow a typical bodybuilding workout in general but usually go heavier on bench and train more for strength in that area because it’s just more fun lol.
      And ah yeah I’ve never tried Sapogenix before but I’ve vaguely heard about it and very curious to research more about it, thanks for the recommendation! Hope it works for you!💪🏼

    Hi really nice video and thank you for your documentation. I also love your editing style. Correct me if I am wrong but did you really only took the two caps a day? Because then its only 1000 mg Ecdysterone Hydroxypropyl B-Cyclodextrin Complex which means only 50 mg ß-Ecdysteron. This is a super microdose! Studys use 600 mg ß-Ecdysteron on trained athletes which had an average weight of 85 kg / 187 lbs. And the study says a minimum dose for trained athletes is 5 mg / kg body weight. I really wish you could do an update to this and maybe a secound Transformation on 600 mg? If this works for you I would suggest to increase creatine to 9 g a day and L-Leucine to 5000mg for the next stack. Would be awesome to get feedback. Best regards

      Really appreciate the feedback here! If i were to take the 600mg dosage, that would lead to 12 servings per day which would last me 2 1/2 days.
      That would put me at purchasing 24 orders of Ecdysterone for the 2 month experiment for over $1400💀
      Definitely important to note under dosing however and I’ll definitely consider either redoing this at a higher dose or possibly another supplement that’s dosed appropriately

      @@BigJoe_MD thank you for the fast reply. Maybe you should look for a product first of all where the manufacturer says the exact dose of ß-Ecdysteron in one cap. Im using products from PEAK, GN Laboratories, nutri-plus, Braun-power or Alphatier. The product from Alphatier got 245 mg ß-Ecdysteron per capsule. It cost 25 € for 90 caps. Maybe im wrong with my study on your product but you really should double check it. And aim for 600 mg of pure ß-Ecdysteron for you next stack. I have friends taking 1200 mg with huge results in energy, more reps and extremely better muscle regeneration. But they are also on their 10th year of training. And dont worry ß-Ecdysteron is only toxic to human on about 6400 mg. If you find a product in your price range you really should go for it again. Maybe this will even raise you some more awareness on your youtube channel. cheers

    Your bench reps aren’t full reps and you’re losing out on growth by not taking the muscle through its full range of motion. From what my physiologist had me do is go slow and feel the contraction all the way through to its full range and at lesser weight it really taxed the muscle well. Give it a try

      True. Bench is the one lift i never fully lock out on for two reasons.
      1. Not a fan of having all that load put pressure on my joints when i fully contract. Not too good for my joint health.
      And 2. By completely locking out, it forces my scapula to decontract and takes me out of position that would give me the most power for my lift as it’s crucial to have a tight back when benching.
      That being said, i almost always go full ROM on all other exercises, just not on bench because it would take away on my strength. If i were focusing on hypertrophy however, i would agree with you. I fr appreciate the feedback tho thanks for watching!🙏🏼💪🏼

      I took the regular dosage of Huge Supplements ecdysterone which is: Ecdysterone Hydroxypropyl B-Cyclodextrin Complex - 1000 mg

      @@BigJoe_MD try 4 caps at least bro... ecdy+ tribulus made a difference in past... i started now again now im trying 5 caps ecdy + a few caps of Bulgarian Tribulus..it also contains steroidal saponins like ecdy

      Yeah I’d say there actually was some improvement there. Hard to say how much of a role the ecdy played in it tho considering the muscle memory from training legs again kicked in

    Most of the supplements on the market for ecdysterone (if not all) are cheap and don’t contain the necessary dosage. If you consistently ate real foods that contained real ecdy like (Spinach, Quinoa, Asparagus, and Mushrooms) during this 60 day period, you may have seen real results.

      True, many supplement companies unfortunately don’t appropriately dose their products.
      The only thing holding me back from solely relying on Ecdysterone containing foods would be the pounds of spinach i would have to eat everyday to reap the effects of ecdy😅
