Repaint Piper, the Steampunk Fairy Doll!

Meet Piper, the Ever After High Doll that became a Steampunk Fairy! I started this doll around New Year's--in fact I used a new camera I got for Christmas. Her creation took a little longer than usual for me and well so is her video! It's a slightly longer episode than the normal one, but I hope you enjoy watching:)

Non-wipe Top Coat (I used Kiara Sky brand but you can use whichever brand you like)
Born Pretty chrome powder (i used pink and blue)
UV lamp for curing

Burgundy or Red cotton fabric from Joanne's Fabrics
Stretch Velvet from Joanne's fabrics
embroidery thread in color of choice (i went with a gold color)
