    I love the way she puts this. Think of it as, "you are harming yourself with soldiers that will attack the disease that is trying to destroy you. That is not suffering. That is conquering"!!

    A cancer diagnosis is suffering. Having a heart attack or a stroke is suffering. Diabetes is suffering. Lupus is suffering. Constant pain and fatigue are suffering. All chronic diseases and illnesses are suffering!!!
    THIS is HEALING!!! ❤❤❤

    I needed to hear this. My doctor told me to go on a vegan diet. It’s been so hard, but this video is so motivational. Now I will think of this diet as helping me and fighting off the sickness.

      Just a suggestion: start by making a list of your favorite salads that are already or close to vegan and make them a third or half of your plate. And you can ease into larger smoothies by starting with the greens you like and using just a little extra fruit. If you eat out, try to find places with large veggie meals. The other food will start tasting salty, oily and too sweet.

    Haha😂😂 i rlly love how she makes this video interesting, informative and fun❤❤ I got diagnosed with lupus early last year(2023) and my church sister introduced me to her and I'm now planning on implementing her smoothies and her hyper nourishment plan in my diet. Who wants to be stuck on meds that cannot cure u but only controls the disease and at the same makes it worse. I want to depend solely on God, his herbs and his fruits, nuts and veggies for my healing. I am done with medications!! Bc the prednisone(steroid) that they placed me and if not all lupus patients contribute to diabetes n osteoporosis.. y would I wanna end up with those while having lupus at the same time.. I would probably die🤣🤣 I'll just stick to being a strict pescatarian and stay away from animal meat and inflammatory foods.🎉❤ God bless every1❤

    VERY GOOD TRUTH❤I think for me Dr. Goldner, is the absolute confusion, are those foods really bad, sourdough bread, farm eggs, pastured meats, raw milk, cooked bone broth soups with veggies, coffee (organic beans), pastured ghee or butter, organic grains and beans, to me this is where the confusion lies, these are ALL God’s foods right? Eating raw vegan essentially is restricting oneself from all of these or most of these. Then there’s the whole “deficiency” debate, B12, Niacin, hemi iron, omega 3, calcium, zinc, and other supposed vitamins you CAN ONLY get from healthy meat, dairy, etc. and the biggest kicker of possible dementia in later life with only plant eaters. PLEASE address this, I mean how are we as humans, truly supposed to eat, this is WHY I struggle to stay strong eating only plants, that and I feel depleted, too thin, muscle wasting, baggy skin, not healthy looking nor fat of flesh… many thanks and blessing to you! 😊

    My issue is that my dr says I can't eat anything that will affect my thyroid; and I can't eat high sugar fruit, no grains, nothing that could raise my cholesterol. My sugar is supposedly one point high along with my cholesterol. Spinach and several other foods supposedly affect thryoid. I was also told i'm not getting enough protein at my age of 65. My dr wants me to get 75 grams of protein a day. I have been forced to eat fish/chicken though I don't want to because of the low protein. I can't stomach eating meat and feel like I'm in a trap. It's getting to where I can't eat hardly anything because of my physical conditions, and what my dr is telling me to do :(

    • @kdcbattlecreek
      @kdcbattlecreek 21 день назад

      Drs and dietitians don't know everything. I don't know how/what your condition is, but you can look up pub Med or other reviewed studies about your conditions and foods online. Your doctor should work with you. In my opinion, if your cholesterol is only one point high, you're great on that scale! I would suggest using a diet app (maybe get someone to help you,) like My Fitness Pal, where you can log the food you eat and see what nutrients are in the foods you want. Search online for foods with protein. And, since I know nothing about you, I would also suggest you look up your own condition. It takes time. If you must, see your doctor with someone who will help him work with you. My opinion is that Drs. don't like to talk to vegetarians because they get 1 hr of nutrition training in med school. My dietitian is nice, but all she wants to know is how much I weigh. None of my Drs have touched my thyroid or checked all the levels in over a year, and I have an autoimmune disease. I have to ask them. So this is my perspective. Sorry about the rant.

      It can be confusing to someone who is new at this.I recommend you get a new Dr first of all. You do not need to eat meat or fish for protein. Beans & lentils, tofu have plenty of protein as well as other things. Eat whole foods plant based diet, after going on Dr Goldner's proticall for healing. I agree, listen to all of her videos. You can also talk to her personally or join her support group she has. You Dr doesn't know what he's talking about.
