In the six years since then he now looks like a professional bodybuilder, trains for a living, and barely added 5% to his bench. If you are not elites soon after you begin training you will never be elite.
As a teenager, if there was a Bench for reps World Championships, Huge event. And there was 4 categories. 225lb for reps. 315 for reps. 405 for reps and 500 for reps. I believe you would hold the raw world record in each category as a teen and even today. Props and respect to you Larry. Best bench repper for sure.

Jeez. When I started the gym at almost 140 pounds, I was FUCKING WEAK. Dude, I would barely be able to bench 60 something pounds. Obviously dedication and a year, although genetically, I feel weak since my bench was 160 as my max and my deadlift which is 270, at least I feel good although tbf, I wasn't too strict on myself at the gym, but Larry was whole another level. He's a genetic freak and literally made to lift weights.
