I had this game when I was 9 now im almost 19, and im still playing it every now and then. Even though it's a DS game it's very polished and by far my favourite sonic game^^

I was gonna comment this on the GDQ Hotfix run since you guys brought up rail jumping, but I figured I'd drop this here to ping you: When I was doing ILs back in '13, I accidentally discovered that you can jump off of rails with the B button if you're holding Up on the D-pad. Down+B lets you instantly fall through without jumping. No, it's not mentioned anywhere in the game, nor in the manual (not the EUR one anyway) As for the regional differences, or lack thereof, all versions of Rush/SRA/Colors DS should have Japanese text; however, you have to set your console to Japanese. You can't set western DSi's or 3DS's to Japanese though, at least not without hacking (and region changing on hacked 3DS's is super messy)

Funny how the quickest way you can play a DS game is longer than playing an entire mess normally.
Also, because this is a DS game, loading screens aren't an issue. it's still longer too!
