    For a beginner or first time doing this.. use only one arm at a time. You'll feel this 100× better no doubt. These work so good it literally hurts your bicep, it almost feels like it's about to rip off the bone.

    I never train biceps, I just find that the body symmetry looks better wen all other muscles are trained instead.
    Also you don´t look like you use your body just in the gym.
    I´ve heard of regularly training guys who say that the biceps gets bigger anyway as they are involved in most of the upper body exercises or weightlifting.
    What do you think?
    So ,not everybody want´s "bigger guns".

    There seems to be difficulty in viewing your videos lately. They are either slow to display or don't display at all - like this one at this time. may want to check if others are having this issue. Thanks for the great topics.

    Positions of Flexation, I think it was called?
    Was in Ironman magazine about 20yrs ago, nothing new is being said here.
    And starting off with a stretch position would make more sense in many ways.

    Its funny how you say that. Most people with really strong body parts do nothing special for them. Someone like Ben who's biceps have been a weak point for him, took him a lot of focus and thinking to really use the best approach towards bicep training, and it shows

    Biceps primary function is supination - no it's not, its elbow flexion.

    • @Criticalbench
      @Criticalbench  8 лет назад +7

      Supination and elbow flexion. Both are vital to arm function of course....But are you going to tell BPAK he doesn't understand basic physiology? Go ahead, be my guest :)

      Contrary to popular belief, the biceps brachii is not the most powerful flexor of the forearm, a role which actually belongs to the deeper brachialis muscle. The biceps brachii functions primarily as a powerful supinator of the forearm. me believes BPAK knows best

    That's all good and shit but how does one incorporate 'roids when training biceps?

    • @prpredatorz310
      @prpredatorz310 10 лет назад +8

      Why is that how you're looking to achieve an edge? I'd start then by not sitting on my arse watching youtube videos and get to the gym. No matter what your high school gym teacher told you; you cannot shoot test into your body and magically become big. It still requires lots or training to turn that juice into a pro bodybuilder physique, there are millions of amateurs that can attest to that.

      If you knew your anatomy and movement analysis of skeletal muscle and the joints in which they create movement at, this would all make sense to you.
