I'm so impressed with Ben b/c unlike most IFBB pros he is not using completely idiotic terms like "squeezing the muscle", but backs up all of his output with logic, common sense and science based data. I watch A LOT of vids on lifting. This is one of the best tips I've gotten. Really appreciate the elbow piece. I thought it but to hear a pro say it makes a difference.
You had done one video already about chest, the part where you mention pectoral contraction in relation to the position of your elbow compared to the median of your body. I have to say, it blew my mind, and it has tremendously affected my chest training. I don't think so much about squeezing my hand anymore, but imagining where my muscle attaches and how i can reduce the gap in between. Inspiring in every way, thanks Ben.

LOL we have a guy at our gym who attempts to do 100's and 120's for military press, he has his boys put each one in his hand and then he leans back against the seat so much it ends up being a incline press lololol - he does 1/2 a rep and drops em. FUAAARRRRK!! BEAST..
