NEED to get a panel popper! The flathead screwdriver was not EVEN adequate (in my case); it began to mangle the reusable clip, so I stopped at that point. Great straightforward video otherwise. THANKS.

Could a dirty cabin air filter pop an 10amp a/c fuse? Also what is the door that open and closes in between the cabin air filter and the blower below because when ever it opens all the way it clicks like a gear is skipping for a few second.

That's probably your blend door actuator. Impala are known for that there's one on your driver side n 2 on your passenger side, one of them are behind your glove box n that's the hardest one to get to.

How often do you usually have to change that ?

It really depends on where you live specially if you live around a lot of trees or a lot dust. I personally recommend it every 1-2 years. Thank you for watching

Thanks GM for putting the filter in the stupidist place ever. I had a friend aek me about theirs, I looked behind the gkove box and said "Doesn't look like you have one". Geez! At least now i can admit to being wrong abd change it out.
