Great value exists in the high part of Oxley. (flood free). Proximity to the train line, public and private schools, parks and gardens as well as cafes and restaurants in nearby Sherwood and Graceville. Great buying particularly considering the median values in neighbouring high side Corinda. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is also quite close.
Great content. I just purchased in Coorparoo as an investment property, but will be looking to live in it by the end of next year. I love the location.

What are your thoughts on property in Holland Park West in 2023-2024? Seems to have gone through some major drop in prices as per statistics
Yeronga - I recommend that you rethink your grouping of that suburb. Yeronga fits with the band of riverside suburbs from Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Fairfield, Yeronga, Tennyson, Graceville, Chelmer.

Fantastic area. Great local schools both primary and secondary. Central hub is continuing to be developed including shops and higher density living and shops. Metro station at Garden City. There's lots to like!

What are your thoughts on property in the Redlands? The area never seems to get a mention as being either good or bad in any Brisbane property review video that I've seen on RUclips.
Lots of thoughts on the suburbs in Redlands! I'll be releasing a video going suburb by suburb in the next week or so.
Not sure why it doesn't receive any attention because there are some great bayside pockets
I have lived in Redlands for 26 years. I love it. Great climate, lots of amenities, lots of retirement living, quite a few private schools as well as state schools.
Would also be great if you can cover the Bay Islands also. We’re seeing so much change and development at the moment. We just moved over last year and rent out our Taringa property.

What do you think about Ellen Grove and north lake area?
Ellen Grove is a newer suburb on the Southwest of Brisbane. I don't like buy in new housing estates or in areas with further land subdivisions (would prefer a built up area with a property built between 1980-2000)
North Lakes is shaping up nicely with amenities, shops ans lifestyle just need to be wary of land supply in the surrounding suburbs north/west

How about rockhampton?
Large country town. May have some good cash flow opportunities

It's very popular but they still have free rubbish tip runs!
In 2025 will goodna be expensive you think maybe
Potentially gentrifying but it's lower socio-economic / lower price point
