Anyone who was paying attention to the 2nd half of the UGA game last week, you could’ve seen this coming for Bama. Bama’s defense isn’t good this season. Elite teams don’t give up a 28-0 lead to actually fall behind late in the 4th quarter…at home! Nor do elite teams EVER lose to Vandy. This loss began 6 quarters ago. The UGA game did more to expose Bama than it did UGA.
So Georgia's defense is trash giving up a 30-7 lead?
I still cannot believe 42 mins time of possession for Vandy to under 18 minutes for Bama, that’s what’s most shocking. That usually equates to physical dominance.
This game took a lot of the sting out of the Auburn loss. I'm going to have a wonderful time at work this week. WDE!!! 😂

This might be the biggest upset in college football history. Im 39 years old and it is definitely the biggest upset that I can remember. It wasn't a "fluke." Vandy pushed Bama around and beat them soundly.
Vandy almost beat Missouri a few weeks ago but lost in overtime.

If LSU/Ole Miss/Oklahoma or any other team outside the top 5 were to lead the entire game and win against Bama, that would be shocking and everyone would be talking about it. This is double shocking.
Yes, Vandy beating Bama is a shock. They lost to Georgia State a few weeks ago, and that is Georgia State's only FBS win so far. Vandy's a little better than usual. It wouldn't have been shocking if they hung around and lost 37-20 or something. Vandy might have a handful of guys who would even be on Bama's two-deep.

Vanderbilt recruited and took on a bunch of pit bulls that no one would take, or looked at. Absolutely a great “Team” credit to all Vanderbilt players, coaches, fans and administrators. Even Vanderbilt’s recent losses were well played.

The refs kept Bama in the game by refusing to make that obvious targeting call. When that happened, it seemed like "here we go again." But Vandy still won.

As a Husky Fan. It’s nice to see Kalen Deboer losing. This is not going to be there only loss. I still think it was a bad decision to hire Kalen Deboer . Because he has big shoes to fill. With Nick Sabin retiring. He going to get roasted by the media for every loss.. He should have stayed at Washington. Where he has a better chance to win .

Pavia just RPO'd Bama to death..OLBs in a 3-4 still have to make decisions at an eye blink..inexperienced secondary trying to help run stop got beat on simple seam and out routes. He extended plays all game. Not that simple.
I’ve been a bama fan and donor for 25 years. We don’t deserve this. Deboer is not a fit here. Other donors are also hearing there are internal problems in this program.
Deserve, guess so, “A” was out played. Tuff pill to swallow, hopefully a new direction will be taken. Young players need a grow up/maturity call.
Kalen DeBoer just lost all credibility with Alabama fans. DeBoer isn’t ready for the SEC and definitely not ready for Alabama. This loss to Vanderbilt is Bill Curry/rock through the office window catastrophic.

Kalen DeBoer lost two conference road games to unranked opposition in his first year at Washington (one of the teams finished 9-4 and ranked, the other went 3-9). Don't panic yet if you are Alabama fans. If you drop one to a ranked team and then lose another road game, it might be panic time. They are STILL an excellent offense, but their defense has gotten exposed over the last 6 quarters. They have surrendered 37 PPG in the last two games. Kalen DeBoer STILL beat all the ranked teams on their schedule in 2022 at Washington. So it's not panic time yet for Bama, as BAD as this loss was.

@@samright4661 Your gonna have to get used to it for a bit. Kalen lost a bunch of talent on defense. Saban went 7-6 in his first year. Not saying Bama is gonna go 6-6 but you might have to get used to a couple 10-2 or 9-3 seasons. Your were spoiled by Saban. He left a decent enough amount of talent for the drop-off to be small. Kalen should be fine in the long run though. This year just seems to have been a hiccup. Maybe the DC was a bad hire. But their offense is better than it was last year, might be the best in the country, even. Kalen DID help bring that about.
