You’re correct: KZ sang AND rapped half of that song in Chinese. KZ is not Chinese. KZ doesn’t speak or understand Chinese! She basically had to memorize each Chinese character and practice the sounds, then make it sound musical! I am Chinese and I’m completely blown away by KZ’s talent and dedication. So much respect for this young lady.

Sing and Rap parts are done in Mandarin Chinese. I had training in Cantonese while in HK. It was not easy yet for the love of her audience she submitted to quick coaching in Mandarin. All the more making her a really wonderful person.
She is not a Chinese but she is very intelligent woman that can sing used another language. And by the way she graduated a degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Maybe before 2012 X Factor Philippines Audition, and was thrusted forward into national prominence, this lass from nowhere wanted to become a Physician until she auditioned herself and emerged victorious. A feat seldom attained by anybody from the provinces. KZ is a national treasure considering her circumstance.
