A sunrise photography trip to York, capturing some of my favourite spots from York Minster to The Shambles, the street that inspired Diagon Alley in Harry Potter.
Shot on Sony A7rii and Samyang prime lenses at 85mm f1.4 and 35mm f1.8
amazing seeing someone rocking THE LEGEND Sony A7R2! such an amazing camera still in the modern era...I love mine and still won't upgrade yet cause it just gets the job done WELL
Haha I'll keep mine until it won't shoot anymore it's still a perfect camera in 2023
I've been using a 7rii since release as well :) But I don't manage to get such nice photos...any tips on in-camera settings to start?@@steviecampbellfilms
I've had mine since new 8 years ago....just had to replace the shutter and various other bits, £300 well spent, it's like new again!

Great video and shots! What's the a7R ii like? I have the a6000 and a couple of FE lenses, I'm looking to make the jump to full frame soon!
I used to own one. It's a nice camera if you don't need fast features such as advanced af and tracking.

still using this camera in 2024, the resolution, the quality and feel is exceptional evben in todays standards. i have 140k shutters on mine and it works perfectly, it will go in a glass box if i ever upgrade. get this camere, these days its not to expensive and itsa great,
What did you use to edit your photos they look freaking amazing? .. any presets ?
Yoooo that's so kind!! I use Lightroom for my edits and make very subtle changes with my base presets and then correct a little lighting, add some radial details here and there. Here's the preset link if you're interested. www.steviecampbell.com/prints/p/stevie-campbell-preset-pack-001

What creative style do you use and how do you adjust it?

how to auto focus? is there a problem?
None at all with the Samyang lenses, I've used them a year or so now
