Tolg Art ran across this as I was watching random videos on RUclips. I tried drawing on a canvas and then painting it, but came out horrible. I been trying to figure out to color-in my drawings and make it pop like you did in your tutorial. I used to draw DBZ characters in 5th grade and would always get in trouble. I don’t have that much trouble drawing dragon ball characters, the coloring in and making it very nice is what I’d always wanted to do. Seeing this video makes me want to draw like right now. Lol

Tolg I have a question, u know those few lines u draw to make it look like a bruise mark or like a scratch? How to u ink that part cus it’s kinda hard and when u are erasing it, it looks like it was drawn with pencil
You're right, this is how they used to and should look. Newer animation doesn't do them justice IMO
Do another dbz tutorial on faces, mouths, bodies, eyes, and ect.

WOW! actually did a better job than most of the animators that worked on the Dragonball Super series with only a single picture of Vegeta!
I mean since it is only a “single picture” it would be easier because he wouldn’t have to rush through it like the animators do

Amazing as always! I used this as a great reference to learn more about shading the hair for dbz characters. I did a test sample in my art/sketch book with colored pencils from Arteza. I also made sure to write down some notes when referencing the light source, like which angle it's coming from.

I noticed you're going over most areas twice so using up the ink twice as fast so it would be helpful to get an idea how many drawings one refill will last, thanks

I think SSJ Blue Evolution looks better buff. It’s about that new level of raw power Vegeta has reached. It’s not a new lean form where it’s balanced for speed. But also, great video. Thank you so much 😊
