I just want to tell you how important your videos are to some people. I currently volunteer in Ukraine and because there’s been significant damage to the power grid in the country, we get scheduled outages daily. Tomorrow there’s 14 hours without power in my area. Getting any power station here is much more difficult and expensive than in NA. Your videos helped me choose a right device to buy (I went with a Delta 2 + smart battery) and I couldn’t be happier. I had an electrician modify my breaker box so now I can safely plug the station in and have power in the whole apartment. Having the WiFi router, fridge, lights and some fans running during the outage feels like a huge luxury, given the circumstances. So I guess what I’m trying to say is: thank you. Your channel may be small, but it really matters to some. It matters to me.
I just spent 4 days without power in Texas due to Hurricane Beryl. Bought this along with an extra battery to power my fridge and/or a portable ac unit. Impressed at how long it can power large appliances. Next purchase will be the solar panels on Prime Day if they go on sale.
I'm impressed with the Delta 2 unit . Love the portability and the inverter size of 1800 watts. It powers my 15 amp skilsaw without issues. When I first got it I charged it to 100% and Hooked it up to my Full size fridge, big sucker pulls 145 watts, and used my coffee pot to discharge it fast. It brewed 7 pots of coffee, well water and never skipped a bit. It is a good unit .
Excellent video, straight to the point. I keep one charged up next to the fridge and another one to power cellphones Wi-Fi etc. plan is to switch Deltas as one gets to say %50 replace with the fresh one being charged up with the solar panels and keep rotating depending on the length of the outage. I also have a Honda gas generator but that one is for summer use.
Wasn't the best test in the world. But it did tell me the important stat that I was looking for. That an average fridge uses 800 W and a 12-hour period
I run my fridges (two!) on solar using an appliance timer that only turns on half time.... and in the winter, 1/3 of the time. Works like a charm and lets me charge the system at the same time. Love those appliance timers.

"The point," for most people is - Will it power a frig and for how long, and/or, will it power a room AC unit or fan and for how long. That's really all we care about in a power outage. Wow. I only got 4 1/2 hours refrigerator time from my Delta 2! I'm not happy with it at all. I also bought just one EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel. When I hooked it up, it told me it would take 28 hours to charge up the unit. I understand 220W is just a fraction of what the unit will take, but I was hoping for better than 28 hours, lol.
4-4-2023 -- So you had no problem with the "OVERLOAD" error? damn, I have the River 2 MAX & PRO and both wouldn't work for my fridge, got the "OVERLOAD" shut down error using both. arghhh. Glad the Delta 2 worked, I would have gone for the Delta 2 :+(
Yeah no issues on the delta 2, simply because it’s rated up to 1800 watts without xboost. There’s so many options out there for power stations, and its easy to pickup several of the smaller ones before jumping on a larger one, I have several little ones myself!

Ordered one with a second battery (4kw) but also a powerwall (13.5kW) to add to my solar panels.

A good tip is to have a small inverter generator, so regardless of solar conditions, one can charge these solar generators in a hour's time. Win-win

Depends on the weather.
Mine runs from 11 pm. until 3 p.m., so almost or at 15 hrs. This is cool to cold weather it doesn't do this good in the heat.

My Delta went to 0% at 7pm. The solar panel did nothing so I eventually plugged my fridge back to the house by 3 am! :( when the power was restored!
I have a question if I could, By draining the system to 0 power, how long do you wait to recharge system? And will it hurt draining the battery to 0?

Can the ecoflow delta 2 max power a freezer
My regular Delta 2 can power my deep freeze. I got 10 hrs at 113 watts. My freezer is old.
So, did the unit supply the rated Watt hours?
