Not everyone’s the same in a coma, there is no way to know if she can hear them or not until she wakes up and tells them if she could or not

My Grandmom was in the icu! It’s true EVERYDAY is a ROLLERCOASTER! We heard so many different opinions from different nurses and doctors. Even, like you said on the same day! It’s a hard journey but I believe you will all make it through! I’m keeping Tammy in my prayers! 💗🙏🏻
Just wanted to say, right now my grandma (who is like a mom to me) is also on a ventilator & I live in Michigan. I highly doubt you’ll see this but I just wanted to say that I understand how scary & devasting a time like this is! Prayers to you all 🧡

My heart breaks for you having to go through this. My family went through this in September. I 100% understand what you're going through. Stay strong for your mom and talk about happy memories when you visit. It is a roller coaster and each day will continue to be different. Be there for each other and allow grace.

Her story starts in 2018 when she had a stroke but at the end of March to the beginning of May 2020 when she finally went to hospital because she was unable to move on her own because she had sepsis. I didn’t then get to see her then until July 2020 and then in September 2020 I was stopped from seeing her again because the COVID-19 infection rates had gone up again which then prevented me from seeing her until February/March 2021 but the awful thing was that I could see her but not tough her in those timeframes I had to wait until May 2021 for that! I hadn’t hugged her in a whole year. She eventually came home in August 2021 after 1 year and 2 months away but she still can’t move on her own and there has been a lot of change but at least she gets to be at home with her family now.
I have probably given you tmi there I have a habit of doing that. Thank you so much, we are on the right side of it now. Sending you and your family so much love in return. ❤️
@Jatie Vlogs My dad had covid. Best tips I can give you is DO NOT let her on the ventilator. And we got a pulmonologist and he got my dad out in just a few days. With a portable oxygen machine.

As someone who works in healthcare, hospitals have started letting family see patients with covid when the prognosis is not looking good. That being said, all things are possible with Christ. I will continue praying

Listen I feel you guys 100%. I just went through all of this with my papa being in the hospital. Like one doctor was saying they would run more tests and the other was like there’s nothing else we can do. Also like your mom my papa was in a coma and had support. He could definitely hear us though because my aunt said she saw a tear fall from his eye. It was a hard and rough thing to go through. But I’m going to pray for your mom Josh. I believe your mom will get through this. I’m sending positive vibes your way and I hope you guys hear good news soon!!
