Kris’s cake is more structured, but aesthetically I like the chaos of Caleb’s cake more.
Watching them do this challenge i can totally picture them going to summer day camp at the arts and crafts table as kids in an alternate universe. Caleb making the mad crazy project and Kris being very deliberate and artistic.

personally i really do love the creative liberties taken with caleb’s cake and i love the contrasting elements with the sardines and frosting, 45/50. as for kris’s cake i love the frosting and the colors chosen but its not unique like caleb’s cake, 40/50 CALEB WINS!!!

To properly load a piping bag make a circle with your pointer finger and thumb, place the tip of the bag in the circle, then roll down the sides of the bag over your hand and scoop the icing into the now exposed bottom of the icing bag. Essentially the bag should look like a crater in your hand with the sides of the bag rolled over it. Then pull the sides of the bag back up. You never want to have icing on the bag where you twist it as the bag will slip open that way.

Seeing as they LOOK to be small pieces of the licorice strips...and I hope they are...they might end up becoming my favorite so far!!! I really wanted to try the Orange Cream flavor...BUT, the very day it launched, it was sold out before I could get home from work...and has been out of stock since. Caleb for me personally gets a 45 and Kris gets a 43.5 . Reasons: Caleb’s is so artistically creative and the special savoury sardine inside adds a sweet and savoury taste is what I would think. And Kris’s looks soo good and I love cherry’s and Oreos but the raisins are a big no no for me but I would just pick them off.
