    Great info. Most good clients are happy to give you referral. Some close clients you think would give you a referral will never give you business. I'm not sure why but it is what it is.

    I like that Tristan, I thought these past days how I can get geferrals? So, I thought about my personality. People like and refer you because of your personality, so I'm improving that idea of how people can like me more 😂

    Great advice. I say similar and it’s amazing how many agents don’t use or nurture their past clients. I have a hard time also asking people for their business, but I’ve gotten better at it overtime and found other ways of not being too direct, but saying the same thing.
