Spider-Man is a fictional superhero created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in the anthology comic book Amazing Fantasy #15 (Aug. 1962) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. He appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, as well as in a number of movies, television shows, and video game adaptations set in the Marvel Universe. In the stories, Spider-Man is the alias of Peter Parker, an orphan raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York City after his parents Richard and Mary Parker died in a plane crash. Lee and Ditko had the character deal with the struggles of adolescence and financial issues, and accompanied him with many supporting characters, such as J. Jonah Jameson, Harry Osborn, Max Modell, romantic interests Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson, and foes such as Doctor Octopus, the Green Goblin and Venom. His origin story has him acquiring spider-related abilities after a bite from a radioactive spider; these include clinging to surfaces, superhuman strength and agility, and detecting danger with his "spider-sense." He then builds wrist-mounted "web-shooter" devices that shoot artificial spider-webbing of his own design.
When Spider-Man first appeared in the early 1960s, teenagers in superhero comic books were usually relegated to the role of sidekick to the protagonist. The Spider-Man series broke ground by featuring Peter Parker, a high school student from Queens behind Spider-Man's secret identity and with whose "self-obsessions with rejection, inadequacy, and loneliness" young readers could relate.[9] While Spider-Man had all the makings of a sidekick, unlike previous teen heroes such as Bucky and Robin, Spider-Man had no superhero mentor like Captain America and Batman; he thus had to learn for himself that "with great power there must also come great responsibility"-a line included in a text box in the final panel of the first Spider-Man story but later retroactively attributed to his guardian, the late Uncle Ben Parker.
Marvel has featured Spider-Man in several comic book series, the first and longest-lasting of which is The Amazing Spider-Man. Over the years, the Peter Parker character developed from a shy, nerdy New York City high school student to troubled but outgoing college student, to married high school teacher to, in the late 2000s, a single freelance photographer. In the 2010s, he joins the Avengers. Spider-Man's nemesis Doctor Octopus also took on the identity for a story arc spanning 2012-2014, following a body swap plot in which Peter appears to die.[10] Marvel has also published books featuring alternate versions of Spider-Man, including Spider-Man 2099, which features the adventures of Miguel O'Hara, the Spider-Man of the future; Ultimate Spider-Man, which features the adventures of a teenaged Peter Parker in an alternate universe; and Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, which depicts the teenager Miles Morales, who takes up the mantle of Spider-Man after Ultimate Peter Parker's supposed death. Miles is later brought into mainstream continuity, where he sometimes works alongside Peter.
Spider-Man is one of the most popular and commercially successful superheroes.[11] He has appeared in countless forms of media, including several animated and live action television series, syndicated newspaper comic strips, and in a series of films. The character was first portrayed in live action by Danny Seagren in Spidey Super Stories, a The Electric Company skit which ran from 1974 to 1977.[12] In films, Spider-Man has been portrayed by actors Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield,[13] and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by Tom Holland. He was voiced by Chris Pine and Jake Johnson in the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Reeve Carney starred originally as Spider-Man in the 2010 Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.[14] Spider-Man has been well received as a superhero and comic book character, and he is often ranked as one of the most popular and iconic comic book characters of all time and one of the most popular characters in all fiction.

Apologies for how buzzy the audio is during the unboxing segment, I was testing out a new lavalier mic and had the sensitivity just a bit too high.
tik Tok kids are gonna love these bootlegs 🤩
The tobey is actually impressively good😭 if not for the scale not being accurate the color pallette being darker reminds me of the actual og movies
Wassup
Hi
Love your videos criminal
Spider-criminal when’s the next vid
The box on the bootleg SHF Tobey is a throwback to the Hot Toys Spider-Man 3 figure
I really do like the box.
I remember I got a bootleg shf Spider-man homecoming suit and it broke into tiny pieces right as I grabbed it 😅
The Bootlegs are perfect for customizers.
I love the 2024 Pup design! It's so unique for design compared to previous ones... which I all loved.
Thank you! He also changes his hoodies every once and a while. CLEAN PUP.
The knockoff figuarts box actually has a mini version of the hot toys sm3 box thats really cool
9:42 when the bootleg is better than the marvel legend
Don't forget the official (which I actually have). It's miles better than the Marvel Legends (which I don't have).
Tbf CT toys is more of a 3rd party figure manufacturer than a bootleg creator
Some of these fakes are honestly really good for the money, can’t knock ya for buying them. It is a gamble but like so is buying official figures alot of times tbh
I got an ATSV Miles figure and it looks 100% perfect. I've seen that apparently some listings like at 7:34 sell crappy ones but the one I got genuinely confused me a bit because of how official it looks.
Times have been tough but the silliness and vibes of these vids have been cool and relaxing. Thx man
4:22 Gen Z Charles Xavier
This would be the perfect site to do a gift exchange with friends
OMG it's like your old videos 🤩, Love the throwback 😉
I always love these kind of vids😊
Insane timing Pup I've been looking into getting some of these
To be honest, if you're looking to buy some poseable Spideys for really cheap, these bootlegs aren't bad for that.
Aliexpress really knows u lol
Cool
They actually good,I have mafex classic spidey and shf gwen bootlegs and they works really good for they’re prices
nice video and i actually watched the most bc i am thinking to buy peter b bootleg and make it into spectacular spider-man blue figure ( it's from one animation that features josh keaton's voice acting ) so yeah, thanks man, and if you see this.. do i have to put the bootleg in warm or hot water to do smth with the joints? bc i didn't understand and yea...
Putting them in water loosens the joints so it doesn’t break as easily
@@JustKodes thanks bro
I use hot water. But be careful where you bend the joints after immediately once they're out of the water. Just incase they tear.
I don’t mind bootlegs if they’re good value. I prefer the real deal. But sometimes they can be exceedingly rare. A good example for me would be the neca AVP predators, specifically masked scar. The real figures go for a lot of money on the after market, but the bootlegs offer a nice alternative they don’t look to bad and feature everything the originals come with. So aliexpress offered a nice alternative. Then theirs the custom figure stores, I would definitely recommend them. Marvel legends sold this 5 pack set which came with iron fist and Colleen. However because it’s an sdcc exclusive I was never able to complete my defenders until I found a store on aliexpress that sold custom versions of both figures for a good price. I was able to complete my Netflix defenders set.
I explain for the price of licensed figures. In Russia, now sanctions and Ali Express, where purchases are still allowed, are greatly increasing prices
Catching up on a bunch of videos of yours. 😂 I got a name mentioned
😂😂😂 was that a wings of redemption quote @27:24????
LOOK HERE. LOOK LISTEN.
I have the original shf spider gwen and the figure is amazing
Tobey is also my favorite spiderman
15:15 i own the official figure and i can tell you that at least on my copy theres no issue with the double ball joint on the unmasked heads
You have to crack his toes up. That’s what happened to me
Your content, humor, tempo, and voice are good. You gotta fix that backdrop and lighting though. But still, good vid.
2:27 Short Klonoa moment :')
Wahoo.
Could you do the upcoming 2099 and Andrew Garfield and the movie venom figure
Can u do one for amazon
For miles, there's alot of diff how it should look like. And that IS THE WORST ONE , but mine is respectful bootleg and look like the original
Imagine bro brought from humour swing 💀
Transformers figures is the one good thing on Aliexpress
The miles one I bought that same exact one his arm doesn’t want to stay on and his leg I can’t even get on the separate costume too. That’s just stupid.
Have you put him in hot water? That did wonders for mine.
@@ChannelPup no but it’s to late for mine becuz his right elbow joint has like broken. And the right leg doesn’t stay on. But Ty for the suggestion☺️
Hey, I might be getting bootleg and I really don’t care no offense but a lot of people rate them on RUclips and honestly they say it’s really good. Also I’m new to the channel and I’m gonna subscribe if I like the video which I most likely will.
You should buy a figure from humour swing, I am to scared I will get scammed 😂
WHERE ARE THE links ???
Hey not bad for bootlegs
I've seen way worse
10inc figure
Ngl tho but even some if the bootlegs are better than marvel legends
bootleg > marvel legends
Wingsofbootlegs
I hate how stiff the Marvel Legends figures are.
Bro almost every spider-man figure on Amazon is fake
Ali Express is a perfect ripoff
I avoid AliExpress
