13:30 I've had that exact experience, with Simpsons Hit & Run, oddly enough. I distinctly remember clipping between cars and level geometry, getting shot all the way and hitting the skybox of a level, and seeing a distant town texture with tiny polygonal moving cars. I thought "whoa, they made a whole world!"
I agree that the OST overall could be a little bland in Hi Fi rush, and that they played it too safe with the BPM and time signatures, but what trailer were these guys talking about? I can't find any trailer that doesn't have (admittedly generic) rock interspersed with some of the licensed tracks. Either way, real fun game despite some issues. Games got god darn Number Girl in it, for goodness's sake.
