I agree! I loved the scene and I agree with you I felt like I was there but I feel the same about the plot twist and the ending. It was just ok for me.
I tried to resist because I kinda didn't want to be "that" girl that is obsessed with Colleen Hoover. I don't even know why, maybe I was just scared that I'm not gonna like her books, even tho everybody seems to love them. But I finally gave up and now I'm currently reading my very first CoHo book, It Ends With Us. And I'm liking it, more than I expected to. Romance is not my favorite genre and I don't read romance books that much. But I already know that this won't be my last CoHo book haha.

I don’t know why people like November 9. Well I get why people started to like it the story before the “twist” is really good and I liked it up until that point. Even the twist itself is good but the fact that they just get back together like nothing happened is so crap and so ignorant on colleens side. No consequences for his decisions at all. They should not have ended up together! And he has the audacity to tell her she should be happy and grateful she survived when he is the reason! Ugh it frustrates me so much. This book put me off Colleen so much which is a shame because I like a lot of her other books.

I definitely agree with the maybe someday rating. I found the two mcs and their actions very immature and I feel like their relationship lacked the depth that is found in almost all other coho books. Also I think it says a lot about a book if you’re more invested in the side characters lol
I find it so much fun to hear other’s opinions. I love heart bones so much, definitely more than November 9. That wasn’t it for me, but still liked it. Funny how opinion can be so different. I love that!
