Word of advice, if you tear your rectus femoris tendon don't bother going to the doctor, it's useless. They won't suture you, I have already had 2 consecutive negative experiences with Orthopedic docs. Mines on both quads were partial ruptures but they won't help you regardless.

Ligaments is very important to hold bone to bone each other. I think that if we change job or the other things. Itself might be better. I think causing of bringing too heavy stuff longer and eating poor food. All could happen in poor countries. I have experienced in my job .working standing way and hand holds the tools grind metal through 5 years .until now I know my right hand being damaged even my leg is too.by the way I have advise you all should not do the job as deburrg or similar job like that.when tool rung makes whole body vibration through until you stop .the year to year that will make your joints of bone when moving have sound and pain .

I was in the gym, doing tricep extensions on a machine and I felt a sharp pain go from the top middle of my tricep and shoot down and roll over my elbow. The pain was like a lightning bolt. I don’t have any black or bruising. I just have stiffness and swelling, and when the swelling went away, I kept moving my arm because that’s what these doctors kept telling me to do but I noticed that I have a bump right above my elbow and all the doctors wanna do is take a stupid x-ray and tell me oh well, it’s not a complete tear. It might be a partial tear, but nothing tore off of your bone so nothing to worry about, but when I asked the orthopedic, if it’s a partial tear, can’t we just go in and sew it up now he looked at me and said no we’ll wait until it completely tears if it is.

Do ligaments never really go back to 💯🙄?
I suffered an ankle sprain a few years ago. They had me rest for 3 weeks then went back to work.
4 days later it gave out again. Then i had to rest for 5 weeks with 10 phisio sessions (ended up being 9 because of insurance)
After a year did another 15 physio sessions everytime it helped.
Ive been working on rehabing it to the point where i could walk run and jump again.
So far so good... Until... recently after a longer workout session it started acting up again. Really discouraging. 🙄
Even got a limp on it again even though i had a year or two of it being almost as good as the healthy one.
And now on my healthy one i have a green purple visible straight line in the back of the knee. Guess the healthy one has been working extra all this time.

Hyper laxity creates extreme problems after accidents or over extension of ligaments. The ligaments are more reactive than normal ligaments. Not yet found a medical person who knows anything about this. Chronic tension.
