When I spotted John in the VIP area, the photo I show at the beginning of the video, I hadn’t realized it was really John f*ckn Dolmayan. And when he got on stage, it didn’t even cross my mind that I was about to hear SOAD. My reaction 20 seconds in was completely genuine. just someone totally unprepared. I basically recorded the moment it hit me what was about to happen. Prison Song is one of my favorites, made it more special in the end. The last time I saw SOAD was at Rock in Rio 2015. It's still my phone wallpaper to this day. I was a really happy guy, even though the audio sucked.
@amercurio I'm so grateful to have lived that in person and as well for them to come back Latin America after so long. I managed to fly over from Perú to Sao Paulo to watch so many of my favourite bands that Knotfest Day.
