Wow. I have a heap of an Fiat 850 coupe with rot in the A pillars on and off from the roof down to the sills and this video gives me hope I can repair it. Thanks very much!!
I'm really impressed by the work you're doing. Your video's of the internal structures are also very useful for me. I have a CC coupe that lived in southern Italy all it's life and has very very little corrosion on it. So in order to keep it that way I've been rustproofing the body cavities with Dinitrol, and the views of the internals are really helpful. Thanks for posting this series.
Hey mate, a good call. The outer panel i cut out is only an 0.8mm outta skin. The three 1.0mm structural section werent cut so there wouldnt have been any movement.
my grandfather had one of these when i was a kid and i remember him fiberglassing all the Pillars of the car and the roof used to wobble when you got in lol....
Hey mate, trust me, somedays its a real struggle to get the motivation to head into the garage. I just keep telling myself, if i dont do it, it wont get done!
Hi great work, I have recently completed a similar project on a 124 ac. I am now able to enjoy driving it. Just a small comment, when working on the window frames it is good to use the stainless steel trims as a template so you know they will fit exactly once it is painted.

Hey mate, thanks for the support! Glad the videos have been helpful. If you have any questions be sure to ask. Thanks for watching.
And so you should be happy that turned out great.
Thanks, this was the 3rd attempt from memory. I've learned alot since then haha
I would recommend welding a brace along areas like this when removing sections, as they lose strength and easy to distort/move

@@FISHERBUILT Many times the route is the goal but then every once a while you wish to see the goal in sight.
Best luck, stay on the ball 🙂

Thanks for the support and the tip!
Don't forget to use Only very Lowest Grade of Steel .. just likeFIAT did
Not sure about the quality but it is like trying to weld paper.
