The right side auger always spins more freely on these, just the way its designed
I have a the same blower, same age, same chute, same motor etc. Mine is a 24”. I’m going to have to check but I don’t think the auger has zerk fittings? Hope it doses.

Make and install an impeller kit. It will help you a lot.

Some of the old machines had 4 grease fittings. The newer Toros have none 😢
Now, some only have 2.

I have an Ariens Deluxe 28.
Those are not cotter pins, that is removable and reusable pin, a cotter pin is a straight piece of metal that you split apart the two pieces and bend over ,and once used, it's cut off and not to be used again.
Please for other people that watch your videos get the terminology correct, so that others are informed correctly.
