Love this! I’ve been watching your vids since I was in cosmo school, you’re amazing. You should have some disposable masks on hand if you don’t already for clients like this whose masks can’t stay on lol, I know the struggle. Plus you don’t have to worry about getting color on their cute cloth ones.

I had pictures and went to the consultation and it seemed she would have no problem achieving what I wanted. 5 hours later I left the salon with splotchy uneven chunky highlights that went all the way to my scalp. Instead of blonde my hair was gray. And I mean gray. After 30 minutes of the toner concoction being on my hair I begged another stylist to wash it out because the stylist I had was putting lightener in someone else’s hair at that point. I wish I could find a stylist like you. I won’t say the name of the salon that I went to. All I’ll say is it was in canton Michigan.
I use this lightener in the salon BUT I only like to use it on levels 7 and up. Is that weird? I just think it doesn’t gives enough lift for the lower levels. I do love it though when I use it on the higher levels!
Impeccable work and beautiful results but... the clients mask going down the nose the entire time was SO distracting! with COVID cases going up again where I live, watching this was so stressful.

it really depends on the hair I'm working with. some hair takes to it really quick and some you have to let sit. I just usually watch it.
