I was diagnosed with CFS when I was 7 years old (11 years this year), and although I've never dated (and it might be completely random to the vid) it is hard to get people to understand what I'm going through. I hate trying to explain why I am always tired and why I take days off school because I am tired. I've even had "friends" complain to me saying that they are tired and they aren't taking days off, it just pushes my buttons. Kinda random but thanks for the advice :D
Hi Jessica, Im sorry you're going through this at your age. The young can't understand at all, energy is never ending for many so they are incapable of understanding. I understand you for whatever thats worth. Look into LDN (low dose naltrexone) and see if that may help you.
Ah, I was there. After that I worked only 4 days per week...then 3, then 2...and now nothing. Earlier you can reduce the workload and work more SMARTER the better for your long-term health! Not quitting fully is not great either...but managing on the level that is more balanced is better.
Dating is no problem but when they find out I have ME they dont want to continue the relationship. They want a healthy partner of their equal! Forever alone!!😥
Well, I have been single 15 years and now I am having some yet undiagnosed autoimmune disease (seems very much like ME). I am not ready to give up in that front. Relationship can exist without "natural selection" effecting anything....or why society keeps taking care of their elderly, sick and disappled? I understand if somebody moves on when they hear about your illness, but then they were not worth of it anyway...hah 😃 Because when somebody falls in love with you...there is nothing what could stop them for wanting to be with you. It was just an excuse to exit the relationship anyway. And who would want a partner who is not ready to face some difficulties beside you??? *All* relationships are full of them!!!
@@fight4me747 Hi yeah its going ok helps with my sleep a bit, I'm sitting at 3mg. Had me/cfs for 10years and about a year ago developed Fibromyalgia that has made things much worse ldn seems to help. Best thing I've found for me is doing keto diet plus only eating between 10:30am and 6pm intermittent fasting. I test my blood ketones regularly and always feel better when they are higher.(tried pretty much everything out there vitamin d3 3000iu works for me aswell) Thanks for checking in 👍
Thank you again! The bit about guilt and not feeling guilty was a very good point and is really hard to do.

Hey just wondering if you are still taking LDN? I'm trying it again not sure if it gets worse before better
yep. Still going. Talk to your doc and come up with a game plan on how to limit not feeling bad while starting. Good luck!
@@fight4me747 Thanks for the reply, I'm only 5 weeks in so early days will stick with it for 3 months
