How to remove front bumper Volvo V50/ Volvo S40

I'm going to clean the intercooler so first thing is to remove the bumper. Here is how to do it.

Those damned plastic clips are the bane of my life. I like to replace them as far as possible with proper metal fasteners when re-assembling.
