In your rocket league settings, make sure your bandwidth options (client send rate, server send rate and bandwidth limit) are all set to ‘high’ and choose CSTS as your ‘input buffer’

Plat is not the average rank gold the average rank its harder to get out of gold that plat I took me 2 months to get out of gold and a week to get out of plat u do need amazing mechanical to be good u just need to be good at rotation and game sense
