      @Goodtree Well, I agree with you if you live under a rock. The fact is we know (at least a person with a few brain cells) what's going on and somehow a person (in this case F.M. Javad Zarif) needs to feel so dehumanized to answer these question...it's getting to the point where you put a white piece paper in front of a person and argue that is not white...And I understand most of us are controlled/brainwashed by most of the main stream media...and again Very said!! :)

      @@mashallkhazan6377 never won a war? The Achaemenid empire conquered most of the known world at that time. The sasanid empire almost reached the same level as the achaemenid empire.
      More recently, the Safavids took Azerbaijan back from the ottomans, and were a world power at the time. Nader Shah took Afghanistan, the Caucasus and sacked Delhi.

      Why is that?
      Bolton knows Iran and the nuclear and security issues much better than this ignorant reporter does.
      She doesn't even call Zarif out on his lies. She lets him get away with saying that only the US breaks deals.
      Iran repeatedly lies, and breaks deals by secretly breaking their agreements.
      The only reason Iran doesn't have nukes yet is because Israel and the US keeps uncovering and sabotaging Iranian efforts. Israel has assassinated Iran's nuclear scientists and the US has sabotaged their nuclear production equipment.
      www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2010/11/what-we-know-about-the-sabotage-of-iran-s-nuclear-program/343245/
      "According to a recent report from the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran had temporarily halted uranium enrichment at its Natanz plant for unknown reasons earlier this month. Thousands of centrifuges reportedly stopped production as a result. ... Iran’s confirmation this week that malware was behind recent problems with its centrifuges suggests that Stuxnet may indeed have been designed specifically to target Iran’s nuclear program."

She's so inappropriate and foul, it's difficult to watch. He's lightyears too sophisticated and intelligent to be interviewed by this harpy. She could have used this opportunity to ask legitimate questions, but failed miserably. How disappointing and disgusting.

      @@sonnyliston8863 Your rationality is one of "ifs" and "but". You cannot say without any authority that Cyrus the Great who incidentally was admired by the God King Alexander ( Iskander ) , could have defeated him. If you consider that Alexander smashed all before him, always out numbered, on terrain unfamiliar to Greeks with stretched supplies, even against the huge Indian armies with elephant ,a beast the Greeks had never come across before in battle - then even as an Iranian you have to admit he was the best. He won them all!! Alexander's and his Companions were unmatched by any other leader, king or emperor in history. No Persian comes close. A distant 2nd was only Julius Cesaer who came much later in history. He based his life in awe of Alexander. Alexander's tactics are still studied at Elite military acadamies West Point (USA) and Sandhurst (UK). They were used in Desert Storm to free Kuwait. Apart from the Greeks - the tactics of the Romans and Hannibal are also studied from the ancient world - but NO Persian ones I can assure you! Cyrus the Great's history is only accurately documented by none other than the Greek Herodotus and by the Greek Xenophon. Nothing else exists about him apart from legend talking...
      Finally, as you use the name Sonny Liston i will give a simplistic comparison with boxing. Would the talented Klitchko, Tyson, Lennox Lewis, or Evander ever come close to Ali?? Ask any expert and the Answer is NO!! Then the same applies to the Greatest of them all, Alexander the Great King born in Pella Greece...

    • @sonnyliston8863

      Michael Gold wtf are you talkin bout? U mean cyrus the great didnt exist? Lmao dude read history they are proves that he existed, if u think that cyrus the great didnt exist it means that alexander didnt exist neither, and why u bring boxing to this talk? Did i ever say someone is better than the great ali, and yes tyson and kltichsgo brother can beat ali and lenix lewis can beat ali too, there is no way muhammad ali cam beat a mike Tyson prime.

    The US is the problem, not Iran. He's right, why are we in the middle east in the first place? What business is it of ours? We wasted trillions there, when in our own home, the middle class is shrinking, poverty is on the rise, and we have more people in prison then any other country in the world. Not to mention that the fastest growing cause of death in the US, is suicide. We need to fix ourselves, before trying to fix other regions

      Pff, Iran is not 7000 years old. The modern culture and nation-state of Iran/Persia as we know it only dates back to around 1000 B.C. That's 3000 years old.

      @@philmstud2k What You say IS Not true. He doesn't speak about Persian Empire!!. There is a different between Persian Empire, which is about 1500 BC and Iranian cevilisation. Iran is not Just Persian, so we had in Iran for Example Iylamian, who had 7000 years of cevilliens. This is not wrong

      @B.B. Goal  & Zitta Bonnitta
      You're both wrong. The Persia/Iran as we know it today goes back to the time of Achaemenes, in the 8th Century BC, around 3000 years ago. Yes, there were older cities and towns and there was the older Elamite civilization, but none of this was "Persia". None of these people spoke the Persian language nor had Persian customs and traditions, because they didn't exist yet. That's like saying ancient Native American towns and villages are part of the modern United States country/civilization. The United States only exists as far back as 1776, so anything older couldn't be a part of the country, not technically speaking anyway. They geography overlaps and many of our towns were built upon their older towns, but they're separate cultures and identities. It's the same case here with Iran/Persia and the older cultures that preceded it. Not the same. Persia/Iran is only around 3000 years old.
