It feels fucking emotional, the broken down and slanted towers forming a ribcage, the bloodshed from what used to be bustling area, the gluttonous forced to cannibalism leading as an extra peice to the end of man, the fact that minos was punctured by the towers mid-fall leading to the structures becoming one with the lustful king, its horrifying to see, and despite the end of man, sinners constantly arrive, are they regenerated, does mankind still live on, the aspects to such are a mere paradox.
Also here's a theory, minos is lust AND gluttony, I mean there's bodily fluids and you've just entered a man of mythology without thinking saying in your mind 'I COULD PARRY THE PUNCHES' when you first get the game and barely know anything but the newbies might've been right when speculating that the interior of their first ACTUAL supreme looked like peculiar yet organic organs and the sin of gluttony is usually associated with overeating with a passion
Since Gluttony takes place in the corpse of minos, I like to think the city was made by the sinners for protection against the angels, so there was always the giant terrifying ribcage in the sky.
To me, this song evokes the feelings of people living on the backs of the Earthmovers in the final days of the war. There's an element of hope and unity expressed in both the calm and combat mix that evoke "hope in spite of it all" idk, maybe I'm just reading too far into the name "This city bleeds for you" being a literal blood fueled city; or "where the streets have no name" meaning that these small towns have no real name. Reguardless. A really fantastic song, great work!
