If you want to do casual stuff then u can go for infinx gt book which will cost u around 70 to 80k and it's is enough for task that u mentioned. But the only problem u will face is regarding service centre

R7 5800h is outdated bruh.. the jump between AMD 5000 to 7000 and Intel 11th gen to 13th gen is way too much
Checkout legion slim 5 7840hs+4050 @99k....only drawback display is 45%ntsc
Also predeter Helios Neo 16 (2023) i5 13500hx+4050 is superb my frnd bought it..... it's been 5-6 months and working fine.
