I'm also very pale and the concealer that I've always used is the Natural Collection stick, in the colour fair. I think it is the cheapest one available in Boots but the colour completely matches my skin, I tried the liquid version in the same colour but it turned out really orange, I find it to be so smooth and goes on my skin really well :)

In terms of good, affordable concealers, I really like using the Maybelline Fit Me concealer (and I'm just as pale as you are).
Hey, I just wanted to say that you can find the maybelline concealer in fair :D and also in a pink brightening shade :) (bright)

if you go onto ebay and type in mayabelline anti age concealer there are some or sale on there that are in white packaging and have paler ones. In america they have paler shades and its in white packaging so its just come over from there x

I have yet to find a HG concealer, high-end or low for my dark circles or my blemishes :(
The Maybelline one is really good, but Light is too dark for me also, luckily I go to school in the states and they have a shade lighter called Fair which suits me perfectly. Closed I get for covering blemishes is Makeup Forever's full coverage one and Kat Von D's Tattoo Concealer but even those don't cover my darkest post-blemish marks, as they are super dark and I'm super pale.

For the age rewind concealer there is a lighter shade but I can't remember what it's called x
