Hello guys, in this video I walk you through how to report to amazon that you did not receive the items you ordered and it shows that you received them in the tracking.
Please watch the video to the end and you will know what to do when ever you order stuff from Amazon and never receive them.
To make up for the inconvenience, Amazon gave me a $5 coupon. There is no guarantee they will t-do the same for you.

This has me too upset..when you’re anticipating an item this happens,and the carrier has nothing happen to them makes my blood boil

@@junebug346 I had to call customer service and tell them I never got it they then will investigate what happened to your package which takes up to 48 hours and then you can chose whether you want a replacement or refund

This process no longer function, they hid the options to make it harder.
They don't want it to be easy. They lied and tried to cheat me when I complained over the phone.

Waited over 2 months for my product from amazon and finally the "shipped" notice came up. Went to post office to get package and no package. Waited another week and still no package. Amazon reimbursed us, but didn't mention over all that waiting time that the product wasn't actually coming. It's not amazon selling products; it seems like amazon lets anyone sell under their name. Been scammed twice now by amazon and they even allowed the seller, of one of the products we bought, to delete our review by reposting the very same product at a higher price.
I had a situation that happened to me. I ordered an item from a 3rd party vendor. It was almost 3 weeks and still no delievery. Even though it said it was delivered. So I went to Amazon customer service. I reported what happened and got a full refund back to my card immediately.
My stuff said it was delivered, somewhere in California. Bruh i live in Oklahoma.

Delivery guy stole my parcel twice. Never delivered it and marked it as Delivered 😠😡🤬 This happened on my both prepaid parcels.

Some of these delivery people are thieves in some unfortunate cases, with Covid 19 unemployment parcel theft here in the uk has surged .......

This happened to me a few days ago it said that it was delivered in a secure location but didn’t state what it was and where I’m waiting on my refund to be processed by my bank.

@Jason T Stealing from Amazon is one of the best ways to commit robbery looking at it from a moral side. They expect to lose money on lost items and they account for it in their budget. Stealing from them really doesn't hurt anyone.
Thanks so much for your video. I didn't know how to complain online from Amazon's site. They do not make their instructions clear. So I first complained to them by talking to a bot over the phone. I told the bot that I never received my jeans. The bot said that the jeans would be sent out again. So I thought the problem was resolved right?
Well, I knew there had to be a way to complain online. So good thing I watched your video, because when I did guess what? The bot put down that I wanted my money refunded. I never said that. And it said they would only refund my money after I return the item. How can I return the item that I never got? Amazon clearly was lied and was going to rip me off over the phone. Good thing I complained online. And I also told them I didn't appreciate them lying about what was said over the phone. Now they said they will reship my order. If I do get my order, the "Prime 2 day delivery" is going to take almost a month.
So what did I learn? Never complain to the Amazon bot over the phone. They will lie on you and rip you off.

When I complained over the phone they said they were going to make it right but they really weren't. I believe the package was actually stolen off of my porch. That's the only time I have ever had that happen.
They never refunded anything. They said we're investigating. And said it's already delivered. The guy the sent to me saying he delivered, told me he never recieved any package to deliver at my address.
Happened to me again! second time! first time they delivered a Nintendo switch game to my neighbours house which ALMOST got stolen. had to check my surveillance cameras to find it, 2nd time they handed the package to some random person outside my house and they apparently ran off with it. i'm gonna be cancelling my prime subscription.
Better to send it to a local pick up point. Specially if it’s an expensive order
I got a full refund for a printer I ordered. The message on my account showed left with a resident but did not state which resident I went round and asked everyone they all said no parcel was left with them. I'm just glad I got my money back

This happened to me. Scrolling down, there's no "Customer Service" option anymore 2-26-22. They removed "where's my stuff" drop-down too.
I went to "a-z guarantee refund" then scrolled way doen and clicked on "contact us". Then click "Delivery, order or return". See if the item is there and go!
Also... They recently banned all my reviews over a 5 star review on an air mattress "surprisingly comfortable" was the highlighted violation!
They rejected a previous review for Animal Peanuts, 5 star review too. I've never used profanity or slander in hundreds of reviews.
That seems to be gone now as well
Mine said it was delivered 10 minutes ago. I haven't seen any truck show up anywhere. My last package which arrives 3 days ago, was in my mailbox because it said it was delivered to it. This package just says it was delivered to me, my address. I'm hoping it's just in my mailbox. Or perhaps a human error, marking the wrong package as delivered and getting things mixed up
Same here I just looked it said it was delivered at 2:58 and I was like what. I haven’t seen any mail trucks and my Dogs didn’t go crazy. I called the customer service and it said my package was marked delivered before it arrived and will be here before end of day Monday so I’m hoping it was just a human error or mistake.

I stayed home til about 5pm then had to step out for grocery. no calls whats so ever to open the, i come home half an hour later and i see an email that my order has been delivered. Just happened to me and I have cameras on my house and they never showed up especially at the time Amazon said it was “delivered”

in my case the seller actually sent my package worth about 300$ to a completely different state. i hope amazon fixes this or i'm gonna be really mad.

Hi guys I know I'm 1 year later but I just saw your video now and I'm never buying anything from amazon again unfortunately my parcel was meant to come today first they attempted to deliver but they didn't then at 10:26pm they told me my parcel was delivered and handed to me at my address which I did not receive at all they didn't even knock on my door so I went to check outside my apartment nothing and I tried contacting customer service but they are useless so I informed the seller but again this is wrong for amazon doing this to the customers
Literally a similar situation I’m in right now. I’m just gonna give up,just my hard earned money thrown down the drain. My package was out for delivery very early morning and I kept checking the tracking number throughout the day and no updates. I check again around 10 PM and suddenly I have a update from USPS claiming they delivered my package on my mailbox around 7 PM,so I go and check only to find NOTHING!!. Even looked around my front yard with a flashlight and didn’t see any package,either USPS is lying,I got scammed,or the delivery driver or some stranger/neighbor stole my package.
My sister ordered me a new 2021 wall calendar with flowers on it that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday last week but never came for some reason and when I looked on Amazon tonight it said that she last purchased the item on December 1, 2019, when in reality, it should have been January 18, 2021. Maybe there was a mixup and the item got sent to the wrong address, or maybe the shipping was delayed or something.
I was expecting two packages What really crazy is that they posted pictures showing 2 packages stock together but I only saw 1 in the mail room and this made believe someone at my apartment stole my package and I got red hot. I called and they said that package is still in transit and will be delivered the next day. They get away with marking stuff as delivered when it wasn't. If I was to do something like this at my place of work, Ill be fired for falsifying document.

Go to help in that same place he says to find the customer service then it will take you to a pop up to talk to a bot or get a call.I chose the bot. It was fast and less stress than expected. It works!

And what if delivered but incomplete? I ordered 4 Seagate Ironwolf Pro, ~520 euros. I received 3 in a sealed package. Right away I called Amazon (ok, they called me) and I signaled this. Guess what? Impossible to get the money back for the missing item. They require a detailed police report for theft. And another thing, the weight written on the box is not the real weight of the package. The seller is Seagate and the package and transportation is Amazon. Still waiting to be reimbursed! So maybe they are nice in your country, not in France.
This pisses me off they delivered to another address it shows a completely different house on the delivered picture. Now they want me to fill out some inquiry that says invalid all the time

Well I finally had to come here and vent my on going issues with Amazon.
Why do as things get better in one aspect, on the other end of the spectrum
things just continue to get worse. I have not received a significant amount of packages

I understand your frustration with the ongoing issues you're facing with Amazon. It can be incredibly frustrating when things don't go as planned, especially when it comes to delayed packages and difficulty reaching customer service. Losing money and experiencing delays can be quite stressful. One thing i can tell you is that if they suspect your package was stolen, they will feel it's not on them anymore. They then want you to reach out to your local police. That's why i don't recommend telling them your package was stolen. You can still file a complaint with your credit. Thanks
Does this work if your package was stolen because the delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions? I work nights and get out at 10-11 pm but delivery happens around 4pm when im at work. I specifically tell Amazon to throw package over the back gate where I have 2 trashcan against the gate so that it falls on them instead of on the floor. Idk if its a time constraint thing where they have to deliver certain amounts of packages fast but I have had 2 packages stolen already.
Do not say it was stolen, even if you think it was. All that should matter to you is that you didn’t receive it.
I just called customer service. They handled it quick.

My item was “delivered” and didn’t say where so I tracked the dhl number and it was delivered in South Korea Im so upset rn
I got purple shampoo then eyelashes in the mail yetsurday and the shampoo wasn't in the package and it was open by my frunt porch then today the eyelashes said it was mailed in my mail box and it had no key to open the mail box that had a package in it. Where I live we do have strangers in no mail car and in they're own car and someone has stolen our mail before and then got fired an then got our package delivered a month after. Amazon site indicates my item was placed in my mail room. I don't have a mail room. Amazon website offers no help...just going around in a loop. I've tried all of the options. Nothing works. Amazon site advice is to contact carrier and lists 25 possible carriers. So I'm supposed to call 25 different carriers to see who supposedly delivered my 15 dollar ball of wool that I never got? Nuts

I had order 2 items and 1 of them is missing. Which costs 1736rs but amazon customer service is not helping.. They tells me to wait 5 days... And a investigation team is on it... I ordered some clothing and the lady that delivered it, came to our door, scanned the item and right afterwards by her words, she got a message from the deposit saying NOT to deliver it. And now I’m stuck with “delivered” on my Amazon page while it’s not. Anyone know what can I do or report such a situation because this is a bit different
So on friday my wife Ordered me a 350$ gaming monitor...
The the next day she got an email and voicemail from Amazon and our bank saying suspicious activity.... then on sunday called the bank and fixed it with the automated phone call to our bank (i think)... the next day our bank account was charged twice...Amazon showed we had 2 monitors on the way!! Hmmmm... so she called "Amazon" customer service and canceled... then the "Amazon rep" fixed it and sent another... our money was refunded in full... but apparently 1 is still on its way... when we look at the transaction it says paid with an Amazon gift card... my bank account was refunded... so all should be fine right? I'm not to sure....
My guess is they scammed someone else... my wife got phished... once she gave the OK on the suspicious activity... they bought a couple more on our dime and our bank covered for it using the gift certificates somehow... it's supposed to be here saturday... either it's going to show up and we will be charged for all 3 and someone scammed us for the other 2... or it won't show up... we got scammed and didn't really get reimbursed and the charges will soon show that... or im just lucky and we get a free gaming monitor and during the mix up also got refunded...

Had multiple orders not get delivered and filed a chargeback. Visa wants to side with amazon and screw me out of over a grand. Ups and FedEx deliver fine but not amazon.
They gave me 25 dollar on an order that a third party sent . In which the seller sent the incorrect size tent, in fact a smaller tent I received. When I looked at the review it was a reoccurring issue with the seller. I’m still unhappy 25 didn’t not gave me my time back and I’m have to deal with the seller still. We live in the country. Google Maps shows our house in the correct location. The Amazon GPS takes its drivers up the wrong road and delivers to neighbors barn! Yes, and the Amazon drivers quite often over the last several years keep putting package to our address in the neighbors barn. The roads are CLEARLY marked. The driver knows damn well they are on the wrong road. Robots! Use your damn brain! Even with instructions, they deliver to the barn.
Is there a way to contact Amazon and CHANGE the GPS coordinates to be on our house?

Customer service is agents act like they're in on the scam. Because they say wait 24hrs before we can do anything. Then you wait the 24hrs & they then say wait 3 more days SMH. Nope this is not The Waiting Game. Total incompetence.
