Olive oil does not have a high heat point. It should not be used to cook with over high heat. Avocado oil is excellent for this. Thanks for the vid!

There is nothing wrong with using olive oil for high heat cooking, it does in fact have a high heat tolerance. Extra virgin olive oil on the other hand doesn't.

this is the first time im about to fry blade steak.....have no idea on how to fry this cut......

You absolutely can cook at high temperature with olive oil 🫒 it smokes a bit at about 410°F .

The cooking time is more like 5 mins per side.

I always wash my hands after touching raw meat before I handle foods I will not be cooking.
