結構昔からヨエコさんの曲が好きなので、最近活動再開と聞いたらこの動画を見て、「癖が強くなったね～めっちゃイイ…！」って感動しました(笑)これからも心から応援しております！

Its been a while… So, i can’t understand people who thinks that this album sucks. Yes, ofc its different. Cos it was 12 years ago! Of course all changed. But there is still your love to Yoeko. This album have improved and quite beautiful instrumental, its so beautiful and its jazz again! i really in love with this. And where can i follow Yoeko? Maybe she have Channels with her music? And thanks for posting this masterpiece!!!

omfg i didn't know she had released a new album last year!
I don't know how to feel about this album 😵💫 i like it but i feel like the older versions of the songs she did are stronger in terms of like feel? I don't know how to describe it, but it sounds like it's lacking the power the older songs had in like invoking emotion n stuff 😅
omg i felt the same way too. for me, the new songs felt like uninspired reimaginings of the original songs. A lot of the elements that made the originals special were replaced in favor of cut and dry violin/piano covers. While the covers weren’t bad, the originals just felt like they had a lot more soul, heart and passion put into them imo.
Maybe she´s catch up with this album, that´s why its only covers. The instrumentals are really good but maybe with the years and even the change of mind make her sing in this way. Definitely prefer the original ones but this album feels like a taste of this new Yoeko and future albums.
me too, i prefer the originals but there are some things i like about this new style too, like the violin! i hope when she's well enough to record we'll see more original songs. but honestly for being unwell and on hiatus for 15 years, this is a pretty good start

I’m so glad she’s back!! But I don’t know why.. the covers doesn’t give the same vibe than the original.. it just feels very empty for me, there’s no “emotion” in the instrumentals? I’m not sure how to phrase it, I’m not mad or anything.. I’m probably gonna get used to the covers soon but Im not saying I hate it.. it’s pretty good but yeah.. maybe it’ll work better with original songs
