It is also in accordance to say that the baby is the one who is going to change rocky into a better person.
The dialogue at 20:49 and the translation of Mother is coming is correct. Since in India we believe in reincarnation, it is usual to say when a child is born that he/she is the reincarted form of dead Grandparents or dead father/mother of couple . So she is implying his mother is coming (in the form their child, implying that she is pregnant).

The story started when KGF gold mines were found in 1951 when Rocky was born. Chapter 2 ended with KGF getting destroyed by the missiles and Rocky being killed by the same missiles. The euphoria in the theatres in India when they revealed "KGF Chapter 3" was out of this world. I think Chapter 3 would be the story somewhere in between the other chapters.
When she said “mother is coming” she meant like the reincarnation if his mom who died. It’s like a belief in India that elders who were loved and loved you too much will be back in form of a baby something like that😊

I absolutely love the KGF Movie Franchise. For KGF Chapter 2 I had Goosebumps from the beginning to the end in the theatre. I’ve watched KGF Chapter 2 now 4 times in the Theatre and all 4 times it was packed rip roaring theatre 🔥❤️. In Indian culture, we believe in re-birth. Rocky did everything for his Mom. When she said, "Mother is coming," there was a chance of a baby girl. You know the blood continues to live. At 20:50 when she says "Mother is coming", it is not any translation error, she meant that only. She could have said that another Rocky is coming but she told that because she know that the most important person in Rocky's life is his mom and she left when he was a kid. So she told that Mother is coming because she knows that Rocky has different level of emotion for that. And you can see how Rocky was instantly stuck and had tears in his eyes within seconds. That meant the world to him.
