I find that no matter what tyre cleaner I use, when I agitate it it never foams up even when I use a foam cannon.
I use Meguairs Tyre Gel on my tyres and want to clean the tyres so I can reapply the tyre gel.
But the wheel cleaner doesn’t foam up.
