In my case signing out of adobe creative cloud worked. You can also try if signing in doesn't work for you
thankyou, first it works because i've been signing in (follow the tutorial) but after a few days the develop mode can't be use again and i follow your step and wow it works.

No no.. this doesn't help anymore. i tried after this to remove the keychain pop up because it was a nightmare, and still can't load the develop . so.. anything else that we can do here? i'm on ventura and lightroom classic

I’m also on a cracked version and can’t get the free trail because I’m in China and can’t use my Chinese bank card to register for the trail. Any other ideas for how to solve this develop problem?
i was able to fix mine by starting the free trail. It was still working even after the free trial ended. I'm not sure if starting the free trail requires a cc.
