I'm sorry you can't get to Bulgaria. It's not fair at all. Here in the US the rich and famous get many privileges. While the working class has to work hard just to get by. I think it's like that all over the world. Money opens doors. I'm hoping something good comes your way soon. You deserve it

Isianbeva lives in spanish Canary islands and has spanish passport from time before SMO.📕Spaniards protested against her staying in Canary islands last year. She is not wellcomed by people but there is rule of law, so she gets to stay. Many wealthy people have planned their escape from RF in advance or taken precautions.

If it is any comfort, I never heard of Elena Isinbaeva.
Life is not always fair, that goes wherever you live.
There are several things you raise-fame, money, politics, job offers. It is hard to disentangle them. Many countries offer fast track citizenships to rich people who can buy expensive properties.
IMO, you would make a great citizen of any country you choose to live in. I hope some future time things will get better for you personally and for the world in general.

Don't compare yourself to the 'elite' /wealthy /famous. You'll go crazy 🤪. Money talks, as they say. So does fame and extraordinary accomplishment - the Olympics). She's connected to influential and important interests. - the IOCC.
Long term stays are always difficult to get. The Italian Schengen visitor visa is one of the easiest. But, you still need to have 300000-350000 rubles in the bank 🏦. I also read that Finland (yes, Finland 🇫🇮) was going to resume visitor visa. If they haven't already, then very soon. And, I remember that being a Peter resident provided loopholes for some people. You can check it.
I also read that people who fled, went to Turkey 🇹🇷, were able to get job offers in some fields. I know that you most likely won't get ANY offers while still living in Russia 🇷🇺. Almost all companies won't consider offering if you are still living there.
You also would need to arrange for family /mom to get power of attorney for your apartment.
It really does require thinking and planning ahead. Especially if you decide on an asylum course of action.
Your channel is always entertaining and informative. I promise to keep watching. And if I think of anything useful, I'll pass it on to you.
For now, be patient. Bulgaria can be slow from what I've heard. 🍀

Frustration and irritation is understood. However, patience will prevail in the long term. Time passes and things change. Nothing stays the same forever. Even Germany and Israel have good relations in recent years. Greek philosopher Heraclitus in 500BC said: "the only constant in life is change itself". Even the rocks exposed to the elements like water wind gravity and pressure change over time. Change and God are the constants. You, your situation and the situation of the world will change over time. In the mean time, focus on the present and the good you can do. Be patient!

They do offer a fast track if you either have alot of money, or are planning to start a business.
I am guessing that the person you mentioned in your video was able to move to Europe because she has alot of money. Not fair at all. People should be able to live where they want.

The ambience of the place where I live now,it used to be cheerful and friendly
Now there are sullen gangs of young east European men hanging about everywhere, looking bored and resentful, babbling away in their gutteral language, looking like axe murderers, the lot of em (and they probably are,I wonder what their grandpa's did in 194-45). Unfortunately, words are the only comfort I can offer at this moment - stay strong, be patient, because this time will pass. I'm glad that you were able to express your frustration and disappointment about the unfairness of society. Sometimes it helps to raise awareness of double standards that exist in all societies; even the so called 'free' ones. Even though you feel 'stuck' where you are, remember that you have touched the hearts and minds of many people in places you'd like to visit, and perhaps even in places you've never considered visiting - you have many friends that you haven't met! I have enjoyed sharing your adventures, your joy and hopes for the future - my heart goes out to you at this time. Despite distance, we are all connected through love, compassion, sympathy and our common human struggle. Live in the moment... see all the things you can be thankful for and count your blessings. I've used gratitude as an 'ointment' to soothe the burning 'pain' of setbacks and disappointment. Keep your hopes and dreams alive so that you're ready to go... when the road blocks are lifted!! Sending you many positive thoughts and prayers - be safe and well.

Hi Ksenia, yes, it is soooo unfair, but don't let it eat at you. Fortune and Fame bring many benefits but they don't guarantee happiness. I had never heard of the pole vaulter you mentioned, but it sounds to me as though she doesn't have great values and does whatever she thinks will benefit her. She may have been on Putin's side when living and training in Russia because that helped her to achieve her goals in her sport and an easier life. Now, with the war she has moved to Spain for the same reasons. If I was Spain, I would be a bit suspicious, but countries often adopt and claim successful athletes as their own. It must be very frustrating to you to be denied these options, but I hope you can take strength from the support off your followers who see what an intelligent, principled, genuine and resilient person you are. Going back to Trebinje, Bosnia-Herzegovina later today. A 12-hour overnight bus ride! 😯😖😂 Better days ahead for you . . . ❤Edit: Not being welcomed and not feeling welcomed are unfair and feel horrible. Money "talks," that's for sure! I don't understand it personally, but for years 'rich' Russian people ie. oligarchs, seemed to be welcome here when they would pay extortionate amounts of money for property, much of which was in London. I'm puzzled myself by some of the people they admit to our country. I really hope that the situation improves, but sadly I think it is going to get worse given the Palestine/Israel situation. The conflict with Hamas/Israel/Palestine is so complicated that I really don't understand it all. I can understand why you are downhearted, but I honestly think we need to just live our lives the best we can for the moment and be grateful we are not suffering the atrocities that many people are in this world.

Spain does not give citizenship, but it does give residence permits to the real estate owners (guess there is some amount of value needed, don't know in details). She is now also claiming, that she is persecuted in Russia, since she stepped back from supporting Putin. And, Spain has a Socialist government, and sometimes it seems that they still see Russia through the prism of the Spanish Civil War.
Being a member of the army sports club is not just a label, they actually do follow a military training program as well. Also, in Soviet time, the sports clubs of the army and KGB (now FSB) were hosting any kind of spies and wreckers, either as sportsmen or included in the training personnel; and, pretty sure that these "traditions" are still continuing.

Hello Ksenia! I am so sorry to hear this info about this fact and I think that it is very unfair that people like you, a nice and honest girl, couldn't reach EU. Maybe that with Bulgaria there are only some bureaucratic problems with your documents! I hope so. Anyway that girl is supposed not to be the only "Russian citizen" who regularly comes to Europe. I am from Italy and I know that "common" Russians have lots of problems to get visa but that girl who is a Putin supporter!!!! Such a shame and very weird, indeed. I wish you all the best. Everything will all be fine Take care!

Canada typically takes political or war refugees. ( southern Canada is hot in the summer, not the frozen tundra non Canadians think it is) Many refugees have just shown up on the doorstep of canada, and they have been accepted as refugees. Seriously, Ksenia you might want to look into it. I was trying to write the quote off the government website. But youtube won't allow me to post it.

There's a difference between immigrating and visiting a country. The EU isn't very keen on offering tourist visas to Russian citizens (although there are still options open). But I don't think the rules have changed significantly since the start of the war on Ukraine when it comes to immigrating to the EU (actually moving there on permanent bases). The latter has always been difficult for most people.

Guys don't speak about things you don't know. Before corona everyone could apply for Schengen with a minimum docs and getting visas for a long period of time. For some countries like Finland you didn't even need any papers from your bank account. I remember myself getting one for 2 years around 2017 - I was just lazy to check my company's exact address and phones so I just wrote "unemployed". So all those restrictions now is purely a political decision

    • @fluidice1656
      @fluidice1656 8 месяцев назад

@@bellami86 That's what I said. Of course it's a political decision, and an appropriate one at that. You're also missing the point: immigrating is different from visiting, and the new restrictions mostly apply to the latter.

I'm not saying I necessarily agree with this situation, but it's important to know if she has a Spanish citizenship (passport) or a residency/work perrmit. If it's a citizenship, I don't think they can do anything because she has full rights in Spain/EU/Schengen. If it's a residency/work permit, there may be things they can do to revoke it. I think they should investigate her, maybe look into her properties in Spain/Europe, as well as look into when she got permission to live in Spain and for how long. The answer might determine if she can live there any further or not.
I know authorities raided Russian propagandist Solovyov's Italian property (Lake Como) and it was taken from him, but I suspect Solovyov wasn't an Italian/EU citizen so they could do that.

Another passenger was curious and asked him ‘Are you a pole vaulter?’ The man said, ‘No I a Swedish but how you know my name is Valter?’”

I also think she sucked up to certain people because she wanted their help. it made it easier for her to get what she wanted. Since Russia declared war on Ukraine, most countries in Europe stop delivering tourist visas to Russian citizens ... thousands of Russians fled to Russia 's neighbouring countries such as Georgia, quite a few to Turkey.. and a hundred thousands fled to Europe at tte beginning of the war ..

To be able to relocate to any country I need to have a certain basis for relocation. For example I'm relocating on the basis of origin, or on the basis of marriage, or on the basis of job offer, or as a digital nomad, and a number of others. Unfortunately, I am not eligible to any of these. And now I'm looking for such a basis, but I can't find one that I will be suitable for. If you have any information on such a basis to relocate to Netherlands, I will be greatful to you. However there are a number of other factors that don't let me relocate to many countries such as the cost of living, jobs that I can do etc.

@@StPetersburgme Well I had to check what articles there was of her, she seem to have distanced herself of Russia, which made people there in power at there pissed off. In Russian army women rank seem to be certain kinda statistical or reward stuff anyway since you can't see women on military. Only in parade or so? Hard to say, I am not really Isinbajeva specialist in reality, for me she seems to be only a nice sporty lady with mice achievements (in sports, which I don't follow again). But since when Russian society is kinda concentrated to not follow politics, and not to say anything against with mentality "with us or against us" it would probably as an athlete have been impossible to say no and still keep it not to have any affect on your career. So I kinda understanf her with this. But I admit that on this thing there might be lot of I have not followed since my level with her has only been about the headline.
