I actually saw a documentary on the subject that blew me away. In particular there was an 18 year old student who was able to dream lucidly since she was a little girl and cultivated that skill and never dropped it.
Now check this out .... she already held a degree in medicine i think. Her study was the second one she started and since she learned from before that it works, she enrolled for Justice, Germanistics and Economy all at once. The catch is, she does all her learning and memorizing while at sleep. She dreams up her tutor and has all the time in the world to learn and discuss, since time goes by slower in dreams. But she needs an avatar of some orator because you can't read texts in dreams etc etc.
18 years old, Dr. med., soon to be universal genius having successfully finished four courses of study in a time frame where other students struggle to finish one. Like i said, i was blown away and i wish to have this ability on a basis of habit like her. And for the longest time she even had no concept of her exclusivity and how mind boggling her skill is. She was just like it's normal.^^

Yea, that's what I like most about this channel, he actually explores these series, unlike most others whom just read the most popular SCP's aloud, or just read the most popular SCP's aloud while pretending they are a doctor.

I was unaware of the connection Onieroi had to most of the anomalies, even though I had read almost All of them in the past. I probably unaware of who they were at the time and didn't think anything of it. I was aware if them prior to this.
What kept me interested in them was the fact they have a speculated connection to Nobody: another GoI/PoI who tends to keep tabs on other GoIs, acting as a middle man most of the time. I don't think The Explorer talked about them yet.
With every Group of Interest, he feels the noose tighten and he knows that each step puts him closer to that which he has feared to mention every moment of his life; Gamers Against Weed.

Eventually, I’d love to see a video on Explained SCPs, as they always fascinate me the most.
This is brilliantly creative. Congrats to that author for the funky mechanics of how this works - so many authors would gloss over it because it's difficult to hash out.

Ah yes, the ONEIROI Collective. Didn't understand the point of this GoI, when I was reading up on it on the SCP Wiki. Hopefully this video helps.
My guess is the 'point' to them is basically giving dream and sleep based anomalies a GOI to tie to. They're not too fleshed out sadly, kinda like pangloss and a number of other things in the wiki
They're theme is to be really strange, yeah read some of they're scps or tales they get really weird, they also help tie in with the wanders library as well as the other dimensions in the scp universe, and they're final thing is just odd entities that exists, like everything to sentient cognito hazard and things from a acid trip, in universe goals no one's come up with a decent idea for them because of how weird they are.

I come back to this video often, it's one of my favourite TES videos to listen to at night. The concept of the Oneiroi Collective is so interesting to me. Just a perfect mix of horror and absurdity. Sleep, dreams and stuff like the idea of a Noosphere are such ever ripe concepts for fiction. I love it.
